He just completed a new roof installation for me and I'm very happy with it.

The planning of the project was top notch and execution was a whirlwind - more than a few times we had to stop and stare and say: "wait, they're doing that already?" However, Carlos was quick to tap on the brakes while awaiting the authorization needed for our solar panels to come down. Now that the project's done - the yard looks exactly the way when they started - but the roof looks AWESOME. I'm actually looking forward to the next rainy day, now that our roof has been restored and we were dealing with several small leaks before Carlos and his team worked magic. Got an older roof? They are a total first class company to work with, honest and upfront. Very important when you are spending thousands of dollars. In our situation, the house to be re-roofed was vacant and Angel, the project manager, was so professional, courteous, and accommodating that he 1) did the initial estimate on a Sunday morning unattended by us, 2) updated us daily with work in progress images, 3) informed us of issues discovered once the old roof is removed and presented us with reasonably priced solutions and 4) drove over 18 miles several times to our primary residence to personally pick-up payment checks, and on the final payment pick-up to also drop off the garage remote control. The quality of the work by "Casas Roof" is excellent. The crew is respectful and hard working. The times that we were on site you could tell that the crew worked well together. You too will be pleased should you select "Casas Roof" for any roofing project. If we were to choose any three words to describe "Casas Roof" those words would be "Professional", "Accommodating", and most importantly "Honest".

I was never in dark as to the progress and the outcome. The work was completed on time with quality results beyond my expectations. Great price for the money. These guys are rock stars! Bob from Peak was by far the most experienced and knowledgeable person I met. You could tell he genuinely cared about getting the job done right. Peak's proposal was also the most detailed and competitively priced. Our home has a flat roof and a traditional sloped roof. The flat roof was especially challenging, with no slope and drainpipes running horizontally through our ceiling. The Peak team came up with a great plan to finally address these issues. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The crews were Peak employees, showed up on time, and took pride in their work. Communication was great, and any questions I had were answered quickly by phone or text. What really impressed me was the level of personal attention and care throughout the project. It was a level of service I honestly did not expect from a roofing company. For years, every time it rained, I would get nervous and spend time doing preventative work to avoid leaks. I can't tell you what a relief it is to finally have this taken care of, especially with El Niño approaching. I highly recommend Peak Roofing!

Enrique with Peak Builders and his team met and exceeded our expectations to help get our deck…read moreupdated and repaired. We knew our current deck was very weathered and old, so this wasn't going to be a simple "replace some boards" project. Enrique was quick to contact us after our initial inquiry for services, made an appointment to do a walk through and was able to help get this project started right away. He walked us through all the things that would have to be done for repair and replace the patio, being fully transparent each step of the way with full transparency on price range so we never had any surprise costs. With Enrique's recommendations we were able to pick out deck materials that were close to the original look and color of the old deck, which we wanted. We also had some metal detailing that had to be replaced and they had creative solutions to address the unique curvature of the desk to make sure everything looked flawless. The demo, repair, and replace of the deck was very quick with great commutation every step of the way by Enrique. We are so happy with the results and highly recommend this company for patio repair and remodel.
