I found him on Yelp and believe I struck gold. He identified water intrusion points and areas for reinforcement on my roof and chimney when others said there was no leak. He just completed a new roof installation for me and I'm very happy with it.

I explained our situation and he immediately talked me through the process and because of the short notice, Jerry squeezed us in and came out to the house a couple days later. Long story short, if you're looking for roof repair Jerry is the man. He took care of our problem quickly at a reasonable price. I went up on the roof and Jerry showed me our main issue and future issues as well. Just a little over a days repair and we are good to go!

The planning of the project was top notch and execution was a whirlwind - more than a few times we had to stop and stare and say: "wait, they're doing that already?" However, Carlos was quick to tap on the brakes while awaiting the authorization needed for our solar panels to come down. Now that the project's done - the yard looks exactly the way when they started - but the roof looks AWESOME. I'm actually looking forward to the next rainy day, now that our roof has been restored and we were dealing with several small leaks before Carlos and his team worked magic. Got an older roof? I had, by far, the best quote from RM Roofing Inc. I met Ralph, Alex (Estimator), Eliza & Freda (Office staff) and the roofing team. Each one impressed me with their professional demeanor, politeness and proficiency in their respective areas of expertise. Communication was excellent. I was never in dark as to the progress and the outcome. The work was completed on time with quality results beyond my expectations. Great price for the money. These guys are rock stars! I had a very good experience and I definitely would recommend them to anyone.

During the last few months, we had some intense rain in Chula Vista and discovered our roof had a…read moreleak. So we contacted our insurance and they sent out someone to give us a quote. That company had their guy climb on to the second story roof and look at the entire roof for damage. He also walked inside are attic space to see if there was any damage. All he found was some tile that shifted and he said they would need to reseal an area around where the ducting for the AC was at. Quote was around $1200 and since our insurance deductible was way higher than that, insurance said it's on us to get it fixed. So we decided to "shop around" and reached out to RM Roofing for a quote since they had good reviews on Yelp. We scheduled and app for 2 weeks out and told them we had a leak in the roof. Their guy LITERALLY came out to our house, walks to the backyard, looks up at the roof, and tells my wife "I'm gonna send you 2 quotes, one to do the entire roof and one to do a 10x10 section" WTF?!!! He didn't even climb the roof to look at the damage. Nor did he go in the attic. I have no idea how these guys have a 4+ star rating. Fast forward a week and we get an email saying the first quote is $2950 & second quote is $6950 (love how companies say $2950 instead of $3,000 so the customer thinks they actually put some thought into getting an "accurate" quote) I work as a mechanic. Imagine a customer bringing a car to me and saying "my car is smoking" or "there is a leak under my car" and I just look at the hood (I don't open it) and say "okay, I'll give you a quote to change out your entire engine and I'll give you a quote to rebuild your entire engine and you let me know what you want to do?" This is ridiculous to think you can get an accurate quote by standing in the back yard and looking at the second floor roof and saying "I'll send you 2 quotes" Would NEVER recommend these guys to anyone.

From start to finish, Liza's can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond made us feel completely taken care of. Her pricing was competitive and she was incredibly responsive. Any time we had a question during the project, she got back to us quickly and made sure we had the clarity we needed. At one point, her team had to remove our garage exhaust fan, and instead of just putting back what was there, Liza replaced it with an even better one. She also went out of her way to help us with a few small projects that weren't even related to the roof. There was one hiccup with the painter on the job, but as soon as Liza knew, she took care of it and made sure the work would be completed. Overall, it was a great experience despite the small hiccup and we'd absolutely recommend Liza and her team to anyone in need of roofing or remodeling work. In an industry where it's easy to feel taken advantage of, Liza did the opposite. She genuinely looked out for us every step of the way and we're so grateful for that.
