We've had our 18 solar panels for 2 years and they've never been washed. If you're reading this…read morethen you probably know home ownership is a list of never-ending projects. We've been meaning to clean our panels for a while but other projects have taken priority. I came across ShineBros page and reached for a quote and scheduling. Cole was incredibly responsive which is always a great sign. Not only was scheduling a breeze, but Cole arrived exactly when he said he would, explained the process and products he uses, confirmed he is licensed/insured and OSHA trained, and overall was extremely professional and personable. I especially appreciated the before and after photos, the panels look brand new!! We should've called Cole months ago, can't imagine how much energy we could have produced if we did! I took a look at my Enphase app and have already seen a dramatic increase in production. We will be using Cole from now on - do yourself a favor and give him a call, you can't beat the price, it'll take seconds to schedule, and you'll be on your way to your solar system functioning just as it did when it was first installed. ShineBros has other services as well that I will be contacting Cole for a quote for.

Uses no chemicals! Took some before and after pictures and let me know the condition of my gutters as I wanted to know if they needed cleaning. Solars were cleaned in under an hour! He is licensed, insured, bonded and has his OSHA safety license. If you are looking to have your solar panels cleaned this is your guy!

Review Update: After…read moremy initial review, Eric (the sales rep) and Matt (the owner) of Sunline personally reached out to me and was apologetic about the situation. They sent Travis out promptly, who is their electrician where he found that the issue was resolved by replacing a faulty 40-amp breaker that was intermittently providing the necessary voltage, even though measurements initially appear correct. While the breaker issue caused real inconvenience and unexpected costs on my end, the owner was responsive and showed willingness to smooth things over to work toward a resolution. I also want to highlight that the panel upgrade and solar/battery installation itself was clean and well done. The workmanship that Eddie, Manny, Christian and Jamie performed had overall met my expectations, and once the issue was identified, Sunline did step in to correct it. No project is perfect, but how a company responds when problems arise matters a lot. In this case, Sunline's owner and Eric was engaged, responsive, and made a sincere effort to make things right. As an engineer, and after witnessing the symptoms and corrective actions firsthand, I believe the breaker issue was likely a manufacturing defect, and it was unfortunate that it occurred during the holidays. That said, based on how Sunline handled the situation, the overall quality of their work, and the value they offer, I would recommend them and plan to continue using them for future needs.

No call no show. Contacted him to ask what happened, stated the appointment never went to Carlos, he's sorry. I said okay things happen, what next? Matt stated he has satellite pictures of the house and would send over some estimates......a week later we're still waiting. Decided to go with another company. ps, Nice try. Since you failed to post the follow up email you wrote after I sent that, I'll do it for you...

He explained everything clearly and made the whole process simple without any pressure. Anytime I had a question, he responded quickly and made sure I understood all my options. What I liked most is that he was straightforward and honest. You can tell he knows what he's doing and really cares about helping his clients. Everything was handled smoothly and on time. If you're thinking about going solar, I definitely recommend reaching out to Ali and his team. He made the whole experience easy and simple.

As someone who relies on word-of-mouth reputation and customer service for my own personal business, this company fails across the board. 1) We had an issue with our solar panels so we called Solar Tech first thing in the morning. The phone operator told us we would get a call back from one of the techs later on that day. FIVE days went by before we even got a response back, and it was in the form of a text message asking us what problems we were having. If a customer is calling you for help, the last thing you should do is make them wait almost a week to get a response, and then have them explain to you what is wrong over text. Very poor professionalism. STRIKE 1. 2) The tech told us the next available appointment was 1 full week away, so not only did we wait FIVE full days for a text response, but we had to wait another full week for any resolution of service. STRIKE 2 3) The day of our appointment, thankfully, we had the first appointment of the day scheduled as we had a very busy day with other obligations so we were hoping to have everything completed by mid morning. After about 4 hours of the company no-show/no-call/no-text, we decided to call the company to find out the status of our appointment. We got a voicemail instead of someone live, so we left a message. A few hours later we finally got a call back saying someone will show up later that day. And they did finally show up at the very end of the workday. STRIKE 3 This was a very VERY disappointing experience. From poor follow up, poor customer service, and just a poor company all around. For someone like me, my sales/service business relies heavy on customer service. I've provided 1000s of recommendations and referrals of vendors for roofing, plumbing, solar, electrical work and more over the last 20 years, and i can say that I will never recommend this company as their lack of customer service would reflect very poorly on me and my business. The last thing I would ever want to do is upset a client or customer as they are the backbone of any business.
