The planning of the project was top notch and execution was a whirlwind - more than a few times we had to stop and stare and say: "wait, they're doing that already?" However, Carlos was quick to tap on the brakes while awaiting the authorization needed for our solar panels to come down. Now that the project's done - the yard looks exactly the way when they started - but the roof looks AWESOME. I'm actually looking forward to the next rainy day, now that our roof has been restored and we were dealing with several small leaks before Carlos and his team worked magic. Got an older roof? I had, by far, the best quote from RM Roofing Inc. I met Ralph, Alex (Estimator), Eliza & Freda (Office staff) and the roofing team. Each one impressed me with their professional demeanor, politeness and proficiency in their respective areas of expertise. Communication was excellent. I was never in dark as to the progress and the outcome. The work was completed on time with quality results beyond my expectations. Great price for the money. These guys are rock stars! I had a very good experience and I definitely would recommend them to anyone.

During the last few months, we had some intense rain in Chula Vista and discovered our roof had a…read moreleak. So we contacted our insurance and they sent out someone to give us a quote. That company had their guy climb on to the second story roof and look at the entire roof for damage. He also walked inside are attic space to see if there was any damage. All he found was some tile that shifted and he said they would need to reseal an area around where the ducting for the AC was at. Quote was around $1200 and since our insurance deductible was way higher than that, insurance said it's on us to get it fixed. So we decided to "shop around" and reached out to RM Roofing for a quote since they had good reviews on Yelp. We scheduled and app for 2 weeks out and told them we had a leak in the roof. Their guy LITERALLY came out to our house, walks to the backyard, looks up at the roof, and tells my wife "I'm gonna send you 2 quotes, one to do the entire roof and one to do a 10x10 section" WTF?!!! He didn't even climb the roof to look at the damage. Nor did he go in the attic. I have no idea how these guys have a 4+ star rating. Fast forward a week and we get an email saying the first quote is $2950 & second quote is $6950 (love how companies say $2950 instead of $3,000 so the customer thinks they actually put some thought into getting an "accurate" quote) I work as a mechanic. Imagine a customer bringing a car to me and saying "my car is smoking" or "there is a leak under my car" and I just look at the hood (I don't open it) and say "okay, I'll give you a quote to change out your entire engine and I'll give you a quote to rebuild your entire engine and you let me know what you want to do?" This is ridiculous to think you can get an accurate quote by standing in the back yard and looking at the second floor roof and saying "I'll send you 2 quotes" Would NEVER recommend these guys to anyone.

I met with eight different roofing companies before deciding on Peak Roofing!! Most of the…read morecompanies left me concerned about their experience, attention to detail, and pricing. Bob from Peak was by far the most experienced and knowledgeable person I met. You could tell he genuinely cared about getting the job done right. Peak's proposal was also the most detailed and competitively priced. Our home has a flat roof and a traditional sloped roof. The flat roof was especially challenging, with no slope and drainpipes running horizontally through our ceiling. The Peak team came up with a great plan to finally address these issues. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The crews were Peak employees, showed up on time, and took pride in their work. Communication was great, and any questions I had were answered quickly by phone or text. What really impressed me was the level of personal attention and care throughout the project. It was a level of service I honestly did not expect from a roofing company. For years, every time it rained, I would get nervous and spend time doing preventative work to avoid leaks. I can't tell you what a relief it is to finally have this taken care of, especially with El Niño approaching. I highly recommend Peak Roofing!

We knew our current deck was very weathered and old, so this wasn't going to be a simple "replace some boards" project. Enrique was quick to contact us after our initial inquiry for services, made an appointment to do a walk through and was able to help get this project started right away. He walked us through all the things that would have to be done for repair and replace the patio, being fully transparent each step of the way with full transparency on price range so we never had any surprise costs. With Enrique's recommendations we were able to pick out deck materials that were close to the original look and color of the old deck, which we wanted. We also had some metal detailing that had to be replaced and they had creative solutions to address the unique curvature of the desk to make sure everything looked flawless. The demo, repair, and replace of the deck was very quick with great commutation every step of the way by Enrique. We are so happy with the results and highly recommend this company for patio repair and remodel.
