She is gentle, kind, and is willing to be so patient with you and answer your questions or address your concerns. I've never felt like she's rushed me out of the office, which is often rare in doctor's offices. I recently went in for an appointment at 10:30am on Tuesday. There were only two other patients already being seen. I went through ZocDoc so all I needed to do was complete a one-page sheet with my name, address, and insurance information - easy peasy. After about 10 minutes, I was called in. The nurse (I'm sorry, forgot her name) was nice. Waited another 20 minutes until Dr. Capalbo saw me, but nothing ridiculous in terms of wait time. The total appointment time took about an hour and I was back at work at 11:30am. I did not have a negative experience with the front desk, like some others. They're not the most bubbly or outgoing people in the world, but I don't necessarily need that type of personality when it comes to office management or reception. She greeted me, told me what I needed to fill out, about how long I needed to wait, and any follow-up items after the appointment, then said bye when I was leaving. Fine by me.
