After 3 design sessions, Vyanka provides you a very detailed construction plan with detailed 2D layouts, measurements, and location of every fixture, hook, control valve, light,...ect. We found ourselves referring to the construction package every day as our contractor had questions. Vyanka takes your inputs and incorporate them in 3-4 different options and provide material selections from high end, middle, and budget friendly. On my last few bath remodel, I used Lowe's and Home Depot fixtures. But we are glad that Vyanka introduced us to some very nice fixtures that are like jewels that elevated the entire Masterbath. I had a house sale listing on a very nice house that we rushed to market due to the owner trying to take advantage of an opportunity that required a quick sale. The homeowner's opportunity didn't pan out, and the buyer response to the home was both limited and somewhat critical of the price point. The only person who discussed making an offer was going to be $28,000 below the listed price. We pulled the house from the market and the owner took time to clear out 35 years worth of clutter, followed Creative Home's advice on paint colors and had them stage the home with new furniture in the dining room, living room, master bedroom and enclosed patio. They also took new photos with better lighting, as we hadn't done professional photos for the original listing with the rushed time frame. We re-listed the staged home at $12,000 over the original price, which more than covered the expense of the paint and staging. We showed the home Friday, Saturday and Sunday, received multiple offers above list price and have accepted one at $30,000 over the new HIGHER list price! That's a spread of $70,000 from the one potential offer to the final accepted offer. Not only that, but the person who is buying the home had seen it on the first listing and wasn't interested, then wanted it enough to pay significantly more once it was staged. Amazing, direct evidence of the power of staging and of Creative Home Furniture and Design's amazing work. We are extremely happy with the results and would definitely use their service again.

Sooo it's 2024 and we decided to get the 4 1/2"shutters in the rest of the house. We got the first…read more3.5" shutters in the bedroom and bathroom back in 2018. After finally getting "new construction" windows installed, we decided to go with larger 4 1/2" shutters. We were so nervous because not many people get that size, but we decided to go for it and boy do we love them! Everyone that comes over says our home has a "beachy vibe" with the large shutters. They look so nice with our painless windows! We only had one issue with the 2018 shutters in the bathroom rusting. ISD said to order the waterproof replacement would run us $650 for a small window but that seems a bit too much. ISD brought a new rustless magnet and made it look a lot better. Overall we are very happy with the way the new large shutters turned out, and happy with how the older 3 1/2" held up in the bedroom.

She answers via phone or text which is helpful to have both options. She gets you all set up with Doug the field technician. He is punctual and such a sweet guy. We have used them for the past 3 years on various things from automatic shades to door windows to restroom windows. We remodeled in three phases and after each phase we needed a set of blinds. They got us on the schedule right away for measurements and once product was in they installed right away. Top quality custom blinds and shades that really enhance the space. Highly recommend using them!
