Yup it's me again! Back with another Zara review. I shop here so frequent because I live walking distance. I love everything about this store and the selection. Customer service is great and the store is generally pretty organized. I went the other day and could not find a pair of pants I was looking for. I was told I would need to purchase them online by one associate . I saw Alen my favorite sales associate and he asked if I needed anything. Once I showed him the pants I was looking for he looked them up and saw they were in the back and requested for the stock room to bring them out . After about ten minutes he decided to go back there and grab them for me. I love his positive attitude and how eager he is to assist his customers. That's true leadership and above and beyond services. This review is for the Galleria Zara!!! I have visited the North Park location a few times. I also love their selection and it's slightly different. It's worth going to both locations because of the variety you can find at both stores. I would say the lines move a bit faster at the NorthPark store because there is a specific line for returns and they seem to have more staff possibly . The sales associates are always pleasant in my experience so I never understand the negative reviews. If you are going in there entitled thinking you can talk any kind of way to the sales associates then think again. That's one thing I love about the management is they stick up for there staff and stand on business. If you have issues at either of the Zara check yourself. It's clear sometimes they are understaffed but be patient and have grace because they are all doing their best!!! read more

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a pair of shorts that are sold with a belt, but when my order arrived, the belt was missing. I returned the item and reordered it in-store with the help of a sales associate, thinking the issue would be resolved. Unfortunately, when I picked up the new order, the shorts were missing the belt again. The same mistake happened twice. What frustrated me the most was the lack of support. I lost a significant amount of time returning, reordering, and coming back to the store during my workday. When I asked for help, I was told that due to "policy," nothing could be done except returning and reordering again -- leaving me to deal with the issue myself. As a customer, I felt ignored and not taken seriously. This experience was extremely disappointing. read more

Zara sale is a total scam. The store inflates the "regular" price to make the sale price seem like a better deal in which it's not. It is misleading and deceptive advertising. read more

heyyyyy fammmmmm welcome back to your favorite southern motherns reviewsss. guess what yall, i walked my lil fasionable patootie to my local zara in TEXASSSSSSSSS. i was there to try on the viral sara jeans miy dauhtger told me aboutt. now i do have a lillll bit of a tummy if i do say so myself. popeyes chicken is just two good yall know. these jeans were bops, stylish and cute, checked all the boxs. but the BUTON flew right OFF when i tried them own. keep in mind i am usually a womens medium and this was a plus size large. they need better selectioon becauhsae i know i was not a large. so i went to the casheir to giv e her the jeans and tell her what had happened because i am an honest amazing person. but when i went up there she told me i had to buy the jeans since i damaged them. i obvisoeily did not agree, since when were companies taken this whole "ya break ya buy it" thang so seriosly? like im still young ive got a bit of baby fat and they still did not believe me. i ended up having to buy the jeans but i threw them on the floor when i exited the store. they were overpriced too. overall i would not come here unless you want to be scammed out of your hard earned muney. Was ignored at fitting room and while shopping. One cashier with long lines so I was invited to self checkout where I had to pay for a bag?! You should be paying me for scanning my own items. I will say the girl helping at self checkout was nice but she was trying to do many things at once. Store is dirty, dusty, and clothes are overpriced for the quality. Fast fashion is the worst. read more

To start off, the people at the Galleria Zara store, were chopped, me and my little sister were in the Zara line that was completely empty for well over 20 minutes. Keep in mind and parentheses this door was dead empty. If you want your time to be saved and not wanna waste your life? Don't go to Zara customer service. read more

It's 7 o'clock right now, and the mall closes at eight. I just spent 15 minutes, picking out an arm full of clothes only to be told that the sitting rooms are closed. This is an hour before the store closes! What a complete waste of my time. read more

A new chapter in the BItsy shopaholic chronicles... For years I've walked past perpetually crowded Zara stores in the US and abroad without even slowing down. Am I opposed to fast fashion at low low prices? Not if it's cute. I just wasn't interested in Zara...until recently. Why? Lately, a pattern has emerged...At least 50% of the women stopped by influencers in "Who are you wearing?" street-style vlogs from Miami & NYC to Paris and beyond claim to be wearing at least one item purchased from Zara... seems sus, but there must be something there. So, I happened to be nearby yesterday and I thought, why not check it out when it's as busy as the Whataburger drive-thru after the bars close? What I observed: Zara has stuff to wear to work, go out, and hang out. Current but not super trendy. All sizes were available in most things. I was underwhelmed but grabbed mostly blazers and blouses to try on. Some of the dresses and pants looked ok. I'd totally pass on the shoes and bags. Almost everything I picked up was $49 to $89. After standing in a crazy long line for the fitting room, I see a sign that says you can pre-reserve a room on the app, damn. At least it moved fast. On either side were even longer lines for regular checkout and self-checkout (kinda like Uniqlo). The employees are all dressed the same, so easy to identify, not that they could leave the registers or fitting rooms. Overall, I get the appeal and there was definitely potential to combine some of these items with my other stuff and end up with a cute outfit, but I wasn't impressed enough to buy anything. Mystery solved, which was really the whole point. 4 stars for being organized in chaos. read more

The NorthPark Zara location has the absolute WORST and RUDEST employees. They do not want to help you or answer any questions. Someone at the front desk that was checking out customers yelled out for customers to move to the self checkout line. I will NEVER shop this location again. The employees act all high and mighty while they are making barely above a minimum wage salary. The employees are much nicer and helpful at the Galleria location. read more

I ordered a blazer on April 17. I did not expedite shipping as I should have received the blazer in plenty of time. Fast-forward to April 22 a shipment arrives on my front step. I quickly pick up the package and open it as I am currently packing for a trip and I am wearing the blazer. Open the package before my eyes is a. Taupe colored shirt in the wrong size, not the white blazer in my size. I contacted ZARA customer service and they told me they would send me a free shipping label when I chatted with the agent. I called the customer service line where a very rude agent told me she could send me the blazer regular shipping. I leave in 48 hours so regular shipping does not work. When I requested overnight shipping, she said she could not help me. I asked to speak to superior and she told me she could not help me. I go to my email to see if I received the return label only to see that she has processed another blazer to be shipped when I won't be home! I clearly expressed to her that I wouldn't be home during a normal shipment time which is why I asked for an escalation. She was rude, she was dismissive, she did not listen, she was not helpful, and she processed an unauthorized charge on my credit card. Needless to say I was not happy. They don't do size exchanges for items bought on sale :( they just ask you to buy the same item again but full price
