I haven't been to Zara in ages and have not realized that style has changed so dramatically here. It is like they want to stand out but the style is not what I like and is not what I am looking for. This is the same with my friend. The cutting is not great. But this is just the style I am talking about. There isn't much customer service here. It is so busy here. The common size are usually hard to find or don't expect for it to be available here. I used to like shopping here but not so much anymore.

Great selection of clothes here, I almost always walk out of here with a bag in my hand! Employees are super kind and helpful.

Zara has good quality clothing considering its price point. People seem to think its expensive, but if you look at the type of clothes they make and the quality, its well worth it. I'd rather shop here than Mexx or Banana hands down. Zara also seem to keep up with the latest fashion, so if you're a very stylish and fashionable individual you won't be too disappointed with Zara. As mentioned on the previous review, shopping here is soo easy. Not only is the store super clean and is easy to find sizes, you never get harassed my sales associates. But they are very helpful when you ask for help. Its not hard to find a sales associate either, cuz they're always around holding clothes and tidying up the store... no wonder its soo clean in there. I'm gonna reveal a huge secret here, but Zara only has 2 sales a year... and they're big sales too. 1 in the summer around July and on Boxing day. Once items go on sale at Zara, the price has nowhere else to go back down. If you're a real bargain shopper, you'll wait till their very last markdown when the clothes are super cheap, thats if you aren't picky with the styles that are left over. Happy Shopping!

So messy, don't be scared though, this was on Boxing Day.

I love the fashion trends in the mens section, so unique and exclusive. They please my fashion needs and wants. A bite pricy, and unfortunately, it's not backed up by good quality. They use really nice materials, however, it's good to double check all seem lines. They tend to leave loose threads. Sizes are a usually very large, and they are always low on the smaller sizes. Staff seldom approach you and offer help, but if you ask them, they are rather helpful. I always make small talk to the cashier there. She was nice to talk to. I haven't encountered any bad customer service experience so far, although I have heard many stories regarding their bad customer service. A solid 4/5

I was helped by Paul, one of the managers, who was very helpful and knowledgeable, and not pushy in the least. He helped us through the entire process, and we ended up paying far less than I had anticipated. I thoroughly advise anyone looking for a nice suit to at least give this location a shot, as I genuinely feel the staff there couldn't have been more helpful and accommodation to me.

Karin introduced himself to my fiance only, shook his hand, and abruptly turned around to lead us towards the back of the store. My fiance said, "This is Selena." Karin replied, "Yep!" and continued walking without turning around. I responded audibly with, "...Okay?" No response. It was quite audible, since I was feeling irritated. When we reached the back of the store, Karin pulled 1 chair out, motioned for my fiance to sit, and said that someone will be with us shortly. He never made eye contact with me. I later noticed that he was walking around eating a celery stick, then sat down in a chair to watch the TV they had mounted on the wall. The person who helped us in the back was sweet, but also quite timid, so I didn't think it would be valuable to vent about Karin to her. I sent an email to their customer service instead. My fiance wanted my opinion before moving forward with his suit rentals, especially since he doesn't know what colour my wedding dress is and I want the suits to complement it. You can imagine what my firm decision was after that experience.
