There's a Kandi bracelet making section. They sell items based on theme of upcoming events, but also just a bunch of cute attire in general. I've had items that I've worn easily 10+ times since 2019 and they're still going strong. The employees are your best hype person one could ask for! Had a terrible customer service experience at this location. I went in to do a simple size exchange…read morefor a pair of jeans and a jacket that I had received as a birthday gift. A new, very kind employee was helping me initially. However, a short female manager about 5'2 with glasses looked at the screen and cut in, stating they couldn't help me because the items were purchased over 30 days ago. When I explained they were a birthday gift and asked if a simple size-for-size exchange was possible, she completely shut me down, stating, "No, I'm the manager and I can't bypass this, there is nothing I can do." When I asked if there was anything she suggest in situations like these if I should chat with someone online or call for exchange for exception, she gave me the number but added a incredibly condescending remark: "You know, I suggest that when you speak to someone on the phone, you talk to them nicely--maybe they'll be willing to go out of their way." I was completely shocked. I told her that I had no intention of being rude, and pointed out that I had just interacted with her completely politely and it didn't get me any help. She lacks basic customer service skills and set a horrible example in front of the new employee she was supposed to be training. Funnily enough, I drove 30 minutes away to the Orange County Zara location right after. Without me even mentioning this situation, the manager there noticed the items were only 3 days past the 30-day window and happily overrode the system to help me with the exchange. Avoid this location if you expect professional management.

Because they don't offer cash back, only store credit and some of the items aren't eligible to be returned at all I didn't want to take the risk in online ordering again and having the same problem. *also be advised the store credits do have an expiration date* I knew I was coming to LA so I decided that I would make a trip to the store front to redeem my store credit. The boutique is really cute inside, small, and I didn't have any problem finding street parking. There is a pretty good selection of items if you're between sixes 2-8 but larger than that you'll be a bit limited. I tried on several items and most of them just did not fit my body properly. A lot of the fabrics are thin and sheer, the dresses and skirts I tried on showed my underwear so beware of that also. I found the most success in accessories and jackets. I purchase a jumpsuit that fit me perfectly and it is a size 2X. In no other store have I ever fit into a 2X but I liked it enough to keep. The prices are pretty expensive based on the quality and I did not see any sale section inside of the store. A mini backpack, jumpsuit, duster and pair of no-name sunglasses was over $200. Thankfully my credit was $160 and covered most of that. Staff were helpful and friendly, I would consider the customer service 5 stars but I know I won't shop here again based on the sizing, selection and prices.

The owner, Jennifer, personally helped me pick out a couple of dresses for my cousins wedding, and even helped me get the dress on (which wasn't easy considering the back-part was a corset that needed to be tied/fitted). I fell in love with my dress immediately. The store definitely has an amazing collection of one-of-a-kind gowns that you really WILL NOT find anywhere else. Since my dress was a little long in the front, she called someone in on the spot to come take it to be hemmed for me. Such a sweetheart, her and her staff, and I will definitely be recommending people to her if they are going dress shopping in the fashion district!

Instead, what I received was the exact same dress that had been on display in the store. It was not new. It had visible tears, small rips, crinkling, and obvious wear. It was clearly not in new condition, despite being represented and sold as such. When I brought this to their attention, I returned the dress in good faith. Despite the product not conforming to what was promised, the shop refused to issue a refund. The entire situation felt deceptive and dishonest. There was a clear misrepresentation of the product, and the refusal to correct it only made matters worse. This experience was extremely disappointing. When purchasing something as important as a dress--especially for a special event--you expect honesty, transparency, and basic good faith in the transaction. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I will never return to this shop, and I strongly recommend that others be cautious before purchasing from them. This place is a ripoff!!!! Be aware!
