The manager had looked and found my phone and very honestly had said they had it and not only that, he was willing to send it back to me on recorded delivery the very next day! I love honestly and genuine people like this and cannot thank you enough.! On top of this the sheisha lounge is amazing, so cool with a great chilled vibe.
