There have been times when it, obviously, had been cooked a while back but here it was off the griddle and hot, tasty and plentiful. Service was friendly, fast and professional. The only one drawback about the Earl is, I feel, tables could have been cleared more quickly and wiped down. Remember, COVID is still here. Otherwise great stop off.
