I have been afforded the opportunity to work with many companies and many capable individuals. I am impressed with the extra level of care and professionalism Natalia exhibits. She has provided me with something I have experienced only rarely in the last decade--truly exemplary service. She really listens and goes beyond the extra mile to think outside the box and deliver options that will meet the needs and expectations of her clients. Unlike so many others in my experience, Natalia does far more than strive to deliver what she promises. She is a person of integrity and principle, honest and kind; the personification everything corporate America strives to be. My job didn't go perfectly and that is always a possibility. She bent over backwards to make things right. A rare thing in today's business environment. If you are looking for window coverings or blinds or even if you have a concern about your windows and don't know what you need.. if there is a solution that is possible, she will find options that can address it for you. Consider this to be the highest recommendation that I can give for Natalia. read more

We are absolutely delighted! The curtains are just perfect - everything is sewn neatly and flawlessly. The ceiling tracks are a separate love, they look incredible! The Spanish fabric is beautiful, heavy, and truly looks luxurious in the interior. Now our house feels like an expensive hotel. We are so happy with the result and very grateful for Kate! It was a pleasure dealing with her! read more

I LOVE my custom blackout drapes from Zanko Drapery. I am very particular and detail oriented, and my drapes came out perfect for my super tall windows. Why go to pottery barn and pay even more money for standard drapes, when you can support local businesses who do an incredible job (AND you get to pick out your own fabric and hardware!). Win win!! Natalia made this process sooo easy, and she was so quick!! I couldn't believe how quick the turnaround time was -especially given everything else during this Covid craziness is taking months. Thank you Natalia! read more

My husband and I are extreamly pleased to say the least with the work Zanko drapery did for us. Such a luck to work with Natalia and her team, they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with both our selection and budget! Natalia is a true professional, wealth of knowledge, and a great person to work with. Amazing job, great communication, thank you so much, Natalia! We will recommend Zanko drapery to friends and family as we plan to use their help again. read more

This review is only for Katya not Natalia the previous owner who was meticulous. Katya in my opinion has a language barrier issue and even though I offered to pay to remedy the issue, after promising me a redo and an install in October she then tells me she "no longer does drapes and has to care for her husband". After reading the other one star review, probably a good decision. Now I'm stuck with a drape and sheer to one side of my kitchen and only a sheer (no drape) to the other. Save yourself the time and energy. After she read, my one star review, she offered to pay for redoing the drape to meet my satisfaction, which I said was not necessary. I would be happy to pay for it. I just wanted a matching drape at the end of the day. After leading me on for months, she let me know today they are closed permanently "forever" not a surprise. read more

Really beautiful work. Love the details and style so much just what I wanted ! Thank you so much !!

I called Zanko Drapery. Natalia arrived at my place the same day, did all the measurements. I got my estimate in 24 hours. Fast forward 10 days, everything was already installed. I am happy with the quality, the speed and communication. Highly recommend. read more

The worst experience ever with Zanko Drapery. I fully paid for the custom drapery which included sheers for the living room and nursery in March-April, 2022. It is already September, and still the job has not been done yet. The curtains that they (Katya and her team) delivered were dirty and full of unknown spots that did not go away. The curtains were either too short or too long. Even if you tell them what the length should be, they keep making mistakes. They brought you the curtains 2 inches high from the floor and tried to convince you that this was a good length and your kids would not step on them. But you had never asked them to make the curtains so short. When you ask them to redo the job, they fully charge you for the fabric again even though it was their mistake. Still, the second time they hang the curtains, the curtains had multiple unknown spots and when you pointed at them they would try to convince you that this happens and they had no time to check the fabric for each client. Basically, you pay thousands of dollars for the defective material. As for the baby's room, they hang dirty curtains which again were longer that the actual length should be. Then they start cleaning the spots and made a hole. They agreed to redo them. In 2 months they showed up with the curtains that were way too short (like 10" shorter). You again give them the exact measurements and your old curtains as an example. They lose your old curtains and bring you someone else's curtains thinking that you would not notice.m. When I asked them where the old curtains were, they started shouting at me saying that they did not know and that I should have told them that these old curtains were to be returned. Why? If you take someone's else belongings, you are supposed to return them. The third time they come and again dirty spots on sheer fabric everywhere and lots of holes from the wrong threads. When you start complaining, they start shouting at you saying that they are not responsible and that I should contact the owner. You contact the owner Natalya Zanko who left for Russia in June. She promises to return the money just for the baby's room (not for the curtains that they lost or defective panels downstairs) and blocks your number on WhatsUp and Instagram. So no way to get any contact and receive the money back. Basically, thousands of dollars wasted, lots of stress, curtains with holes and lost old curtains! Stay away from them! They will rush you to pay them money but it will take them forever to make curtains and in the end you will get dirty defective curtains badly made which were not worth thousands of dollars that they charge for their service. Total fraud! read more

We love the custom drapes that we got from Natalia. From beginning to end she was very helpful, prompt, and professional. With her background as an interior she helped us design our drapes, picked out the materials, and color to match our home decor. We also like that she only uses fabrics imported from Italy and Europe. We would highly recommend her! read more

Natalia really came through for us. We had 3 days to do an install of window treatments on a mansion being used for a TV show. Custom everything! And a lot of windows!! She and her team pulled it off! And everything looked amazing! We mixed and match textiles and treatments, there could have very easily been a mistake, a little mix-up - but there wasn't! Everything we asked and agreed on was delivered. She has a can - do attitude and a great work ethic. A positive attitude and an easy disposition can go along way. And - very important - her bid came in less than the three other vendors we had give us estimates. If you are reading this, highly recommend giving her an opportunity to bid on your job. You wont regret it! I sure didnt! Thanks Natalia! Until the next project! read more

Everything was superb, from the initial meeting and decisions made for the project to the final installation and finishes. Natalia's ideas, taste, and ability to coordinate colors, textures, and finishes gave us a room that exceeded out expectations. She is a pleasure to work with. Natalia from the start was professional, efficient and incredibly knowledgeable. She asked the right questions to know my taste and what my needs were. We quickly went through a plethora of fabric sample books to determine the look I wanted. In my apartment we tried the options selected. Natalia has a great eye for what the finished look will be. With Covid, the fabric took a little longer than normal but when it arrived, my drapes were ready and hung in less than ten days! Installation was a snap, I was on a conf call and Natalia and her assistant were done before my call was over! Natalia turned my living space into a home! read more

Natalia Zanko is an artist, a designer and a multi-talented Jill of all trades who seems to have the magic touch when it comes to interior design. This review is long overdue and it probably won't even describe her talents well enough without before and after pictures, but let me say this much: Natalia took me from a red velvet couch, black leather sofa, red bookcases and colorful accents kind of mess to a blue and light gold modern chic home decor. I found Natalia's ad on Craigslist for "affordable interior design" shortly after moving into my current apartment and contacted her. She came and looked at my place, took some photos, listened to my ideas, and told me that she would have some sketches ready for me in a few days. We met up soon after and she showed me 3 different designs, each would have been great for my space, so we decided to combine them: took the color scheme for my bedroom from one, for the living room for the other; used the type of furniture from one sketch in one room and another type from another design in the other room. Natalia gave me a great deal on her services, $750 for the interior design package and that included the sketches, shopping and decorating. After we chose the design, she came to look for draperies with me in a bunch of stores, including wholesellers in downtown and we also chose a lot of furniture online (that was my preference). When I went shopping for accessories, I would text her photos and she would help me choose which one of the 6 lamps would fit my decor best. She even helped me assemble numerous pieces of furniture, so I would say she definitely went above and beyond. Everything worked out really well together and my apartment receives compliments constantly. I highly recommend Natalia's interior design services to anyone looking for a fresh start in the home decor department. She is simply the best. read more

I met with a lot of different drapery designers, all of whom never gave me any design in-put. They wanted me to do research and text drapery photos. She has very reasonable prices. Her fabrics are beautiful with a variety of designs and colors with superior quality. Her work is flawless. On top of that, she was always reachable or whenever she wasn't immediately available, she always returned my calls promptly. Just moved into our home a few months ago and needed drapes for our bedroom since the sun beams into the room first thing in the morning. I had wanted a specific Robert Allen material for my bedroom drapes and she created a masterpiece. I bought the materials and she put everything together from the drape creation to the installation. She even steamed the drapes during installation and they look magazine picture perfect! I am planning on hiring her to do more custom window treatments for our new home. read more

We found Zanko Drapery online and after reading so many positive reviews, we called Natalia Zanko and scheduled a meeting to get a bid for doing drapes for a slider and two windows. We found out she has a degree in art and excels at interior design and decorating. She is also very polite and professional. She gave us a very reasonable bid and promised the drapes within two weeks! Sure enough, she showed up at the date we set with her installer and within a couple hours we had draperies with all hardware included. She even made a couple pillows for the bed, and really nice tie backs. We couldn't be more pleased and the drapes are so beautiful and surpassed our expectations. read more

I bought fabric on Spoonflower for a drapery panel in my office and found Zanko Drapery on Yelp. I called Natalia and she came by the next day to take measurements and sketch out how the panel could look. She doublechecked that I had enough fabric, took a photo of the pleats in the old panel, and a week later I had new panel which Natalia installed and steamed. Once it was in, we realized it needed a liner because the pattern was visible from outside the house. Natalia took the panel back, chose the perfect fabric for the liner, and brought it back the same day. And this was just for a single window. She really cares about the details and was a pleasure to work with. Looking forward to the next project! read more
