They were very professional and understood my needs gave me their quote. It was definitely reasonable, so I went with them. The contract was straightforward and thus, I had hired a security guard for my event. If I had questions between the contract signing and the event, they always had an answer. At the event my security guard Sean showed up on time and asked if there was anything that he needed to do. It was a small event, so there really wasn't anything for him to do other than make sure no one got too drunk or anything, but that wouldn't happen. Throughout the event, he asked me if there was anything we needed help with and sometimes even made small talk. He was very good! I'm a widow who hired Luther for personal plain clothes (unarmed) security for a family event. Patt was so accommodating and understood, after explaining, what and why I needed personal security. I requested a pre-event phone call with the security person (Luther) to see if he was a good fit, and it went well (the fit was more than expected after meeting him at the event). All American was spot on, and Luther was such a gentleman, tall and attentive. He was like family at my family event and fitted in perfectly. Only 1 person knew he was my personal security, and she stated, "He kept his eyes on me at all times inconspicuously" while I mingled. I felt safe, which I needed, and he was there for me. He knew what I needed and assisted when asked and even proactive knowing what was needed without asking. I'm in tears while writing this review as I appreciated him so much, (it was like we were long-time friends). We talked, chatted, shared laughs, and inside jokes.
