Due to some health reasons, she had to be replaced partway through, but they sent another cleaner, Caroline came immediately and she was absolutely fabulous! The house was left spotless, and even most of the stubborn stains I thought were impossible to remove were gone. They didn't take a single minute of rest and worked so hard the entire time. Both ladies were friendly, professional, and very accommodating of my special requests. I'm beyond happy with the results and would 100% recommend this cleaning company to anyone looking for reliable and thorough service.

What was supposed to be a deep clean ended up being a below average standard clean. They claim…read moreto clean windows and blinds, which I paid extra for on top of the deep clean, and then when I questioned David he said they only dust them because they are so delicate. Standard cleaning involves dusting blind and windows so why the extra charge per window?. The mirrors looked worse, very streaky, and I had to clean them again along with the outside of my microwave and glass top stove. My pantry floor was not swept and still had crumbs and dog food pieces on the floor. I took my soray bottle that had water and vinegar in it and sprayed it on the floor and baseboard and lightly wiped it up with a paper towel and it was very dirty. Now I will say that there was quite a good amount of dog hair from my golden retriever puppy and there was dust but nothing but in my house that required any scrubbing, not even in my bathrooms. I am very meticulous and OCD about baseboards, dirty doors and door frames, handrails, floors, etc so from a naked eye you couldn't see much. I paid $520 for a deep clean in a 3 bedroom townhouse, 1400 sq ft, at the most that I have only lived in for a year. I should be able to run my fingers along the tops of pictures and baseboards and not have dust on them. My whole thought on that is if hadn't even been dusted then I know it wasn't wiped with cleaner. I worked for a cleaning company when I was 19 and that is honestly how I learned to clean well and pay attention to detail. At the basic standard clean level mirrors, stove , microwave, tv"s should be dust and streak free, carpet along baseboards should have been Downy bead free, and floors should have been dirt free. The double sinks in the kitchen weren't even cleaned. I was so excited to return home after 4 hours to a deep cleaned home and found a half &$#*+ job. This was not even a week ago and I am still irritated. The 2 employees were very pleasant and professional so I am not blaming them. It is the company's responsibility to make sure that they properly train their staff to uphold their standards. All I got were excuses from David and I would have to wait a few days for a supervisor to come out and fix things. He said "Well there was a lot of dog hair on the the floors" Please note that a less than 10 minute one time sweep would fix that issue. I gave him a generous $200 standard clean offer and he refused. I refuse to use the same company that botched the job and will be looking for another company to get the job done correctly. Would you go back to the same doctor or mechanic that did a less than satisfactory job? My goal was to have it deep cleaned and then pay for a biweekly standard clean. A standard clean, from most cleaning companies, would have left my house looking cleaner than their deep clean. I was still charged the outrageous $520 deep clean fee even after refusing to pay the full price... He kept trying to run my card through everyday and I'll admit that I did transfer all of the money from that bank account into my other bank account, but my paychecks are deposited into that one account and I guess I wasn't fast enough with transferring the money. I am in the process of disputing this charge with my bank. I am an RN and I work very long, physically and mentally demanding shifts so I thought I would treat myself and include this in my self care regimen. "What if the only businesses open in 2020 were the ones you've written a review about in 2019? Would your favorite businesses be open?" -Yelp Hampton Roads ELITE NEWSLETTER ... I was very encouraged and just had to take action! After looking over the motivational BINGO chart "A BIZ THAT MAKES YOU CLEAN" (meaning housekeeping, dry cleaners, etc.) happened to be the only business that I haven't reviewed. The real question is, what would businesses do without commercial cleaning services? I mean think about it .. these experts know what needs to be done in order to ensure a clean and safe environment. For example when a business owner delegates cleaning service for a law firm with office staff, the owner not only wants to assure the cleanliness of the work space but to also maintain a health morale. Allowing the workers to do what they do best and leave cleaning to the experts. Hiring a cleaning service is extremely important and will install confidence in the office staff immediately; employees become more productive in a well-kept surrounding. I'm here to tell you today, look no further for a grand Commercial Cleaning Service here in the Hampton Roads Area! CLEAN ON ME Commercial Cleaning Service can handle EVERY cleaning need! A poor review from me is rare. That said, had I seen the previous negative review prior to choosing the company I may have proceeded differently. I originally put in an inquiry for a deep cleaning through the project feature on Yelp. I was contacted by Sherri, the mother of the owner who informed me she helps her daughter with scheduling. I explained that I needed a deep cleaning prior to a move in. She asked questions about the size of my home and specifics that should be done. She initially quoted $350 which I knew was too low for the size of the home and scope of the project. I asked if they wanted to schedule a walk through for estimate and she said that wasn't necessary. I told her that I wanted to pay a fair price for the task and told her that I would send pics of the house for reference of the size and condition. I sent a number of pictures and indicated problem areas such as the kitchen floor, dirty windows and Dusty blinds throughout. I was informed that given the specifics of the "chore list" and the request for interior Windows the fee would be $650, to which I agreed. Destiny and Christi (the owner) arrived on the designated Saturday morning a few minutes late due to an understandable bridge lift delay. The cleaning products and equipment they had seemed minimal and of low quality. They explained that they forgot to pack any gloves and were running to late to pick any up on the way. I offered gloves and showed them a pantry equipped with cleaning supplies and told them they were welcome to use anything in the closet to include any of the snacks, water, red bull, as all the items were purchased specifically for people helping in the home. I gave a walk through of the house and told them that I'm available for any questions or comments. The ladies were friendly and got to work. Unfortunately, even after 5.5 hours of cleaning, none of the areas appeared well cleaned. Wiping of surfaces seemed to just smear on clear or shiny surfaces. Blinds received a cursory brush with the swifter duster but needed an actual wet wipe given they did not appear to have been cleaned for quite some time. I was surprised to see them work ungloved in the toilet and mopping with a basic bucket (no wheels) and what appeared to be a dollar store quality mop being squeezed by hand back in between dunking back into the dirty mop water. The mop water was not changed at any point, just dumped at the end. I pointed out that the interior stove and window was still filthy and the young lady explained she did her best by wiping with Windex and a rag. They did not have oven cleaner or know of other products to clean oven interiors. Here's where things really went left...At about 4pm Sherri (the mother of the owner) called me and said she was unable to get in contact with the young ladies. I informed her they were still at my home and I could have them call her. Sherri went on to say that the ladies missed their 2 other afternoon appointments "trying to clean my home" so I would need to pay more. I replied that I would be paying the agreed upon price that I received in advance in writing and that if there was an issue with that price it should have been discussed with me during the walk through or at whatever time they realized they could not fulfill the agreed upon contract. Sherri became upset, loudly talking over me, and told me that the "girls are young and don't know those things" and that because they chose to not show up to their other appointments it's only fair that I pay them more. Mind you, Christi-the owner, is inside my house and has not said one word about the job being over time. Not sure who schedules 2 inexperienced young ladies to do a "deep clean" of a 2800sq ft. home with 4 bathrooms with 2.5 hours as the alotted time. Sherri informed me that if I wasn't going to pay more the cleaners needed to leave, which was fine since the majority of it needed to be redone anyway. I paid the agreed upon amount and the following day invited Sherri the opportunity to come do a walk through of the home and smell the dirty mop smell that was now overwhelming, prior to my review. She declined and said that I was told they "don't specialize in windows" and that my comments about the work were "harassment." (Side note: their page indicates interior window cleaning as a specific service offered). This company may be ok if you have a need for very basic vacuuming or light dusting (that you don't want wiped free of dust). They did a nice job cleaning the tubs and toilets (credit where I can give it) but the bathroom floors were not thoroughly swept or mopped in any corners or areas behind toilet, or under claw foot tub. I'm including a few pics that I have already shared with the company.
