We found her by chance for my son's first surgical procedure 4 years ago, so it was a no brainer for us to go back to her again for his second. Dr. Rogers has this calm, open demeanor about her which is much needed when it comes to your child and any thing surgery related - she really gets that. I always feel like "we got this" when we are in her presence. Matter of fact, we feel this way whenever we are at this location as a whole. The staff is really client focused, from minimal wait times, to check ins and last but not least, smiling. Smiling goes a long way in this field and I appreciate that they tapped into that. When you call, you get a familiar voice that knows your family. Dr Bakshi is a lactation educator as well and was incredibly supportive and helpful on my breastfeeding journey with my first baby. If you're looking for a doctor who not only understands the challenges of nursing and pumping but will cheer you on and educate you, you found her. Their office is also in network with Children's Hospital. When my daughter had issues that required additional specialist support, we were able to see the best of the best in Boston and notes were shared seamlessly with Dr Bakshi's team. Their on call support over nights and weekends is also phenomenal. With a newborn I used the service a few times and always got immediate compassionate care. I can't recommend Dr B and her team enough. My first inclination is to gatekeep this amazing office because it is so small! But every family and child deserves great care.

They were able to fit us in quickly for the x-rays and we did not have to wait an exorbitant amount of time. We had to return to visit with an orthopedist who was so good with my toddler. In a day of doctors this was the only doctor that didn't make my daughter cry. We then moved on to the cast room where they did a fast fitting and we walked out with a cast. We started with Dr. Yasigian who was absolutely wonderful but has since retired. My children now see Dr. Peduto and Dr. Crotty as their primary physicians. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a pediatrician for their children. Karen is the RN on staff and she's been there forever. She's extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. All the nurse practitioners and staff are all very kind. Eastside Clinical is located right up the street in case you need to do labs. They are associated with Just Sick Kids which is on the other side of the building. It's basically a walk-in/after hours office that is staffed with nurse practitioners. It's very convenient for sick calls when you're unable to get an appointment. Edit* I realized this is the Smithfield office. While I'm sure this office is wonderful as well not that we visit the Lincoln office

And Dr Digiovanni is the best .. My only complaint there is he can't be my dr too ! He's so great with my son and my a million and one crazy neurotic questions . He puts a mother at ease and is able to be the cool dr with my teenage son . He also always takes a few minutes to say 'so how are you doing ?' The staff is quick with filling scripts , making appoints with specialist and things of that nature and getting back to you about things . My son is barely sick so we don't go often , which is a good thing , but definitely a great doctor!

Waiting room times are short, office staff is pleasant, nurses are bright and efficient, and the medical staff is exemplary. I trust my child's life to these people and have never been let down. I prefer a holistic approach to health as I think good nutrition, sleep, exercise are as important as medical intervention, if not more, and the doctors here seem to agree. I do not believe in the flu shot (for anyone) and while they advise to get it annually, they have never made it an issue. They have Saturday morning hours for sick child visits. When I have called outside of office hours the doctor-on-call has always returned my call well within a half hour. Have never had an issue with any kind of billing problems. Some of the wonderful Drs there 13 years ago have since retired, but the replacements are all top notch. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.
