We found her by chance for my son's first surgical procedure 4 years ago, so it was a no brainer for us to go back to her again for his second. Dr. Rogers has this calm, open demeanor about her which is much needed when it comes to your child and any thing surgery related - she really gets that. I always feel like "we got this" when we are in her presence. Matter of fact, we feel this way whenever we are at this location as a whole. The staff is really client focused, from minimal wait times, to check ins and last but not least, smiling. Smiling goes a long way in this field and I appreciate that they tapped into that. They were able to fit us in quickly for the x-rays and we did not have to wait an exorbitant amount of time. We had to return to visit with an orthopedist who was so good with my toddler. In a day of doctors this was the only doctor that didn't make my daughter cry. We then moved on to the cast room where they did a fast fitting and we walked out with a cast. You could tell all the receptionists liked kids because they were all so great. We are lucky they are so close!

I went to tufts in boston and had it lanced. it healed but apparently not fully. Most likely because( FJL AUTO REPAIR, my employer) did not allow me to follow up. I have a 3rd surgery in June but did not make it because unfortunately I had to go to this progressional waiting room of death, thanks DIANE! I say this because Diane has a problem with addicts and although 3 1/2 clean from heroin i watched people be taken care of whom arrived after me...before me. I have 2 functioning B holes and apparently after a cat scan; DIANE said it is acceptable, sent me home with ZERO directions. i cannot function normally nor would anybody. Every step i take, my second B hole leaks but diane's accepting of that. In fact i was told to take more laxatives. I now will not leave the house because in doing so i need to hold my bum or else i need to change. My favorite mentors are at BNHC Dental, and they often treat patients with so much attention, as if they are the only appointments the doctors have that day. By the time we got off the phone she had recommended a "scheduling health plan" (my words, not hers) by way of an outline that included a Home nurse for one visit while we were waiting for the April appointment for Moms Primary Doctor! She then passed me to the Prescription Refill Nurse for Moms refill. I would like to add that I have had very difficult health issues myself over the past three years so I have been speaking with many, many, scheduling departments over that time and Kristin was FAR AND AWAY the best, most pleasant, greatest listener, and offered an extremely intelligent recommended plan. She is THE best at her job that I have ever spoken with!
