They are great! Polite, professional, caring, and trusted. This has been the primary care practice for our kids for over 15 years.

Dr. Angus has been taking care of me since I was a newborn. I'm turning 18 soon and I couldn't be sadder to leave! All the nurses are so sweet and every doctor that's taken care of me has treated me with respect. My son has been going to this practice since he was a couple of days old. He will be 17 years old in March, and can't even think he might have to "age out" soon. The care he receives from all of the providers here is exceptional. They are like family members now. They are kind and honest and our son and ourselves trust them 100%. Of course, there have been a few snags here and there, but overall, we are so happy to have stayed with the practice. read more

The staff is very friendly, and they take their COVID precautions very seriously. They are also always quick to respond when we call in with a question in the evening or the weekend. They check you in pretty quickly but the wait inside the exam room can sometimes take awhile before the doctor is able to see you. Not sure how much control they have over that but challenging when you have a fussy baby who gets bored after 15 minutes. Office is inside a medical building with lots of other practices. Plenty of parking and wheelchair accessible. read more

This doctors office is completely disgusting and unprofessional. I have never been so insulted in my life going to a medical professional. I brought my foster child here for my first week doctors visit I am required by the state to bring them too. The nurse started yelling at me that I had no business being there since he was there the week before with the social worker. I reassured her that I am required by the state to bring them. Another nurse can in to take the child's height and weight and the first nurse goes this is completely ridiculous he shouldn't be here. I don't even know what to write this up as. She then points to me and goes she doesn't even know why he is here. I'm sorry that a foster care initial check up doesn't seem to be important to this doctors office. Like I get he was there the week before but I was not. The doctor comes in and she's as annoyed as the nurse. She starts complaining I didn't fill out the autism form right. She's like all the marks you made make him seem to have autism but he doesn't. I just stare at her thinking lady I had him a week and he's not even two why the hell would you think he would do imaginative play in the corner. Honestly this is isn't even my child but I think I am going to pull him from this doctors office. I would never bring my own child here. Stay away unless you want people screaming at you for making them do their jobs. **Wanted to update another crappy experience with this office. Two weeks ago I brought my foster son here because he had a bad cough and was having trouble breathing. They were more concerned that he lost weight. I came back today because they wanted to do a weight check and the people had no idea I was there. They apparently had not taken any notes down on my previous visit because it seemed like new news to them when I explained. They told me I need to fill out this long form and I said I did it the previous visit. The lady went to check brings a photo copy of my paperwork for me to checks that I already filled out in my handwriting. I said it was okay. Half an hour later they come back saying there is no paperwork on his file since last April. Even though they just brought me my last visits copy. I told the lady I would fill out another one because now we've been waiting fourth five minutes even though I saw the same Doctor. I waited an hour and a half to be seen. These people are so unorganized its ridiculous. I'm not even sure they are weighing him properly the nurse had to measure his height three times. Who knows if they even know how to read the scale. It always reassuring when the nurse saying they are one of their favorite patients but can't remember seeing them the week before when he was sick. Like I said before find another pediatrician stay away from this one. read more

I have been going there, since 3.5 yrs, great staff, Doctors and nurses are wonderful. Dr. Beata Brzozowska, MD is truly amazing, she really really hears all your concerns and addresses it with due care and respect,even the silliest and dumb questions will be patiently listened and answered. I have also seen Dr. Corkins ,She is so compassionate and listening too. I always take appointments with either of these two,I'm so happy and glad with them. The two previous reviewers are lucky they never had the experience of going into this place and dealing with the horrid "personalities" they have working with the children here. I haven't changed pediatricians yet (I'm shopping around), but I CAN'T WAIT!!! The wait times are absolutely awful (I've waited over 2 hours before, and my last visit I sat in the waiting room for 25 minutes before I saw my doctor walk in from her lunch break with fast food in her hands...why did you schedule an appointment if that was your lunch time?!), and the doctor's just want to medicate for everything possible....I don't understand how this place is still running... read more

Don't bother calling to see if they accept new patients. They only accept newborns or patients who aren't born yet. What a crock this place is. read more

My daughter has been going here when she was born. Crown Colony is the best place. Every doctor has been perfectly knowledgeable in all medical conditions. They have called to check on my daughter when she was ill over the years, they to make sure that I understand the medications my daughter had to take when sick, they are always friendly and helpful, I all ways get an appointment when my daughter is sick, and the nurses are terrific. I do have to say don't show up before the appointment, go into the office at the time of the appointment and the wait isn't so bad. They see hundreds of kids a day, give them a break. read more

I love this place!! I love the staff. I have 4 kids and have been going since my oldest, who's now 10, was born. They are amazing. They know have gotten to know me as well as my children very well. I will agree that the wait time used to be terrible but I have found that they have gotten much better. For about 2 years I was there at least twice a week with a slew of issues with my 2 boys. They have always been accommodating, helpful, understanding and kind. Being able to bring your child in 7 days a week for sick appointments is great. O would rather wait 45 minutes there than 3 hours in an ER. I have been to ENTs, cardiologists, my own primary and gynecologist and the wait times have been much worse. I don't mind waiting every now and then knowing I'm seeing excellent doctors. read more

I have been going here for over 5 years and always felt my children were taking care of. Both doctors and nurses are wonderful. They take the time with you which is great..they don't rush you out! As for the wait times, you should always expect to wait - especially if you are there for a sick visit plus you are seeing excellent doctors. Personally, I never had a problem with wait times. Lastly, as for the lunch comment.. The Doctor prob eats on the fly and my opinion is entitled to eat. read more

I LOVE this place! Dr. Brzozowska is fabulous!!!! I have been going there since my son was born- he is going to be 2. The staff has always been wonderful, you can always get an appointment when your child is ill. The wait time has never been long, but the doctors take their time with your child. Awful...Awful....Awful...!!!! Stay away. My son's Dr's for 3 very long years. Only went there because I worked in Crown Colony. The front desk is horrible, your call to make an appointment ruins the receptionist day. The office manager has no control of the office and they don't even know their own policies. We have since left this office for any other Dr. and we are very happy. Except that it's been a year and this damn office still won't release my sons records. Very unprofessional!!!! Please Parents if you Love your children DO NOT take them HERE.. My daughter was with them they were born in 2004, when i brought her their for diarreah they said it was a virus and it would go away! Then the Doc asked me when i last fed the baby, i said" well she was sleeping when we were at walmart, so i fed her when she woke up" the doctor filed a 51A on me and stated "i did not feed the child because i was at walmart, said she had failure to thrive and it was my fault i was not feeding my baby. They treated me like crap because i was a young mother, and DSS took my precious Daughter! , come to find out 2 years later my daughter had Celiac Disease which nobody bothered to check for. Im now suing this office and DSS. So if you love your Kids Dont Bring them here!!! read more

I have an eleven month old daughter that has been going there since birth. The doctors and nurse are good but the front office staff is abysmal. They are unbelievably rude and when you walk up to the window they act like you're bothering them. When I call the office the front desk staff will leave me hold for 10-15 minutes even though when I'm there they take calls before taking me. If your time is precious go elsewhere. My daughter has had about 10 appointments there and this is how they go everytime......Arrive, stand in front of the window for 10 minutes....wait to be called for a half hour.....wait for the doctor for a half hour.....wait for the nurse with the vaccine for a half hour......wait another 10 minutes at the front desk to be checked out. If you didn't already add that up that's almost 2 hours just waiting never mind the time you're with the doctor and nurse. I was recommended this place by my step mom but now I wish I did a little research before committing to this place. Overall the horrible front desk staff and excessive wait time are not forgiven by the only OK doctors. I'm not thrilled. read more
