We were able to do a tasting at his kitchen and we immediately knew we made the right decision. After trying the shrimp with the gazpacho, we knew we needed an entree that included shrimp was well. He suggested the risotto cakes and they were fantastic, and could accommodate both vegetarians (by skipping the shrimp) and pescatarians. We loved his food and were excited to have him handle our wedding. Having attended many weddings and talked to many brides/grooms, we expected the food to be good on our wedding day but not as good as when we tasted considering he'd be cooking half in his kitchen and finishing at the venue and cooking for 150 people, not 4. The food on our wedding day was FANTASTIC. One of our groomsman who loves shrimp said this was a top 3 shrimp he's ever had. Why would a company provide a quote for an item that is not on their menu? That's weird in itself…read morethen to try and overcharge for said item is even more weird. I understand that you wanted to reply to my earlier review but it honestly made it worse. When you don't provide an item the correct thing to do, as a business, is to either figure out how much the going rate is or simply say you do not carry the item. Pretending to and knowing it is something you don't carry would have made the experience much worse. Again, I never requested a quote from you, Yelp sent it to numerous vendors. So once more, in the future, the most simple thing to do is be honest and say you don't carry the item, never made it, and apologize for the inconvenience. Have a wonderful day.

Compliments on the food preparation and service came from all 72 of our guests. If you need any kind of catering we highly recommend At Your Service. We used a buffet style dinner with a server. Food came out fresh and hot. As good as the dinner meal was, the appetizer service was equally delicious. Two days later after the event, we are still getting emails from family and friends commenting on the food service. As someone else mentioned elsewhere, At Your Service only does the food preparation and service. You need to supply the table settings. We used Victoria's Sweet Elegance for this service. Victoria did a spectacular setting up inside the Lake Room. We were in awe to what she did setting up the room. Your finest restaurant had nothing on Victorias tables cape for all 10 tables. Victoria also did the desert and coffee catering after the diner. These deserts were incredible as well. On a side note, both these catering venues work well with each other.
