My automatic Rolex needed a tune up, and within 3 days, they had it running like new. They even buffed out some scratches on the watchband. The prices are very reasonable, compared to most other stores in the RGV. I took my Rolex to Deutsch and Deutsch in la plaza mall, and they were going to charge me an arm, a leg, and the clothes off my back. Added to that, the repair would take a month. I would recommend this store to all.

I went there because of the review!! Big mistake!!! Took my vintage Seiko that belonged to my…read morefather to get serviced and one of the hands had fallen off. EASY FIX I WOULD ASSUME. The SO called watch repair "Hector" broke my glass and the bezle too!!! He repalced my bezel with a cheap used bezel and and PLASTIC Cover and bent the hands so it would not hit the bezel!! And by bending the hand some glow paint chipped off!! The owners did not try to fix or take responsibility for their mistake!!! They ruined my watch and they dont know what they are doing!!! They sould stick to ONLY REPLACING BATTERIES!! THEY SUCK!!!!

I pulled into the parking lot and the sign clearly states that part is only for the Jewelry Connection. Not wanting to start off on a bad foot, I backed out thinking their parking must be in the back. I drove around behind the store and there was no indication of any parking for the Gun Connection. I called to inquire where the parking might be found and was told that the parking was right in front, they are the same business. The indignant tone (as though I am the biggest idiot to not know that) put me off but I was determined to visit because I love gun shops and this might be my new go-to place. I went and parked in the front and entered the store only to find all jewelry and a fairly impressive Yeti collection. I asked where the gun store might be. I was pointed toward a door that was locked. I was told to go through that door so I tried it. Again, it was secured. I decided to leave stating it was clear this store does not want my business. The young man said thanks for stopping in and I was out of there. If this is ANY representation of their customer service, please stay away from this place!!!

I walked in and was greeting with a huge smile and welcoming hello by a redheaded woman. She is so kind and helpful. She had me fill out some general personal info (name, phone number). The total came out to $10 per watch which I thought was reasonable and comparable to other places. I went sometime in the afternoon and by the next morning, both watches were ready. They were even courteous enough to put the correct time on both watches. Small things like that make a huge difference and keep people going back. The place itself is small, very clean and organized. It has necklaces, rings, earrings, etc. Overall a very quick and great experience. These people are doing it right. I will be going back if I ever need anything fixed/cleaned for jewelry. Thumbs up!
