Going to buy the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 And i am going to stay with Verizon service. I walked in to the store and right off the bat you are greeted by a store representative who is holding a ipad and takes your name and, And asks what you need today. Your name goes up on a screen into a que, and they take it customer by customer. System works very well. I waited maybe 5 minutes and they called my name, and the rep showed me the phones and went over the plans with me. Great all around store.

I have been there a number of times more often for many purchases. Initially, I call their sales line, they create a "bag" containing the items I want to purchase and I go to the store to pick up my purchase. Although they are very busy with customers, it's only a brief wait - sometimes only 10 minutes at most - and I'm greeted by a friendly associate. At this point, the associate remains with me throughout the whole process. He/she verifies my order, pulls the equipment,sets it up and ensures the data migration from the older device to the new one is successful. It's commendable that I'm never left alone despite the multitude of customers. Often, the associate remains with me even while handling other customers simultaneously. Their training is impeccable. I am compelled to recognize their commitment to the customer, their friendliness, their expertise, and won't leave the customer till all matters have been completed. Further, on one shopping occasion, because I'm disabled and have trouble walking, the associate advised a supervisor and obtained permission to walk and carry my order out of the Apple Store to my car outside the mall. The attentiveness to detail, the customer and ensuring your new purchase is working properly is always a certainty. All staff at the store are expertly trained, make recommendations and reflect the highest standards set by Apple. I wish I was able to provide more than five stars - they rate at least ten!

I was upset but I knew I had to take it right back to these guys to get it fixed. Well I made my appointment and made my way over. Finding the perfect spot to park for the Apple store is a chore in itself so I just go in through the food court and walk over to it. I really do wish they had a proper store on the side of the mall with entry/exit to the outside but oh well. After finally getting to the store it was time to get an employee. This is the part that sucks the most. The associates here are allergic to you apparently because it was difficult finding one that actually wanted to help me. And when I finally do they look at me like I just inconvenienced them. Hospitality is at it's bare minimum here. As for the repair process it was fine and covered by the warranty as it should be. They held onto my Macbook for a few days and called to tell me it was ready for pickup. I'm happy to report that it's in working condition but I'm sad to report that I really don't like visiting the Apple store anymore after this debacle.

Patient, kind, and understanding, he walked my parents--who are not tech-savvy--through setting up new phones after they'd just been traumatized by Verizon. My father, who has diabetes, high blood pressure, and recently had knee replacement surgery, had his phone number of over 20 years effectively "kidnapped" by Verizon. He had no access to doctors, no way to reach family--until T-Mobile stepped in. Michael took the time to ensure they understood every feature, answered all their questions, and treated them with respect and dignity when they needed it most. In a world where corporate abuse is far too common, T-Mobile and Michael showed us what true customer care looks like. When I went into the store to confront them, expecting accountability and a clear fix, I was told that I should have known about the fraudulent lines they added. The audacity is unbelievable. On top of that, AT&T has been charging me for an Apple Watch line I never activated, and despite clear evidence that I never used or requested it, they refuse to issue a credit. No responsibility. No remedy. Nothing but finger-pointing and nonsense. I wait another 5 minutes and call again. No answer. Screw it, I'll just go in and hopefully they have some. So I get into the store around 10:30am last Saturday. First off, they had TWO people working in the whole store. TWO. On a Saturday, which was the day after the new iPhone launch. TF?!?!? Who does the scheduling for this piece of shit store?!??! There was one man and one woman working. As far as customers there was a man, a woman, and an incredibly annoying couple ahead of me. That's no one's fault. They were there first. But the employees didn't have a sign in, no greeting when I came in, nothing. The woman customer was so damn clueless and slow it was comical. "Wellllll...I mean...I'd LIKE a new phone. But I don't know. What do you think?" Male employee: "It's up to you. We have a lot of new phones in stock". "Ooohhhhhhhhh, I don't know. I just don't know what to do." (Male employee stands there, not saying or doing anything). And she just keeps looking at a phone while the employee stands there next to her, doing and saying nothing. How about a "why don't you think about it, take a look around, and let me know when you're ready?"? Nope. Just stands there. Meanwhile, mind you, their store phone was ringing OFF THE HOOK! It legit never stopped the whole time I was there. Neither of them answered it. The female employee was helping a guy who looked like he's trying to buy about 20 phones. I could tell she'd be tied up awhile. All I needed to know was if they had the phone I wanted in stock. Then I gladly would've waited. I start to walk up to her just to ask her real quick. And just as I do, another woman walks in, bee lines right past me, takes out a phone in a box, walks right up to the female employee, and she starts helping her!!! TF?!?!?! And she has the BALLS to look at me and say, "you can take a walk around the store and we'll be with you later." Yeah. No. Go fuck yourself. I walked out and hadn't even said ONE word. I went straight to T-Mobile, who answered the phone when I called, had the phone I needed in stock, and knew how to treat people. So let's crack open a can of "Fuck You" for this AT&T.
