I was so nervous because I've had such bad experiences at other salons (even a big name salon). She was so welcoming and really listened to what I wanted. I did show her some inspo fotos. The person who took my call was so friendly and welcoming and thorough in understanding my wife and I's haircutting needs. My appointment was with Alicia and she was really fantastic!
