Usually when a dentist is giving you numbing shots he will make it less uncomfortable. He did not do this. I just received a bill for $165.00 for a 3d x-ray that is not covered. I paid what they asked me to pay when I was there. I called about this bill and the girl said yes, insurance usually doesn't cover that. I asked why didn't you tell me that insurance would probably not pay for it. I then asked, if they could discount this amount to what insurance would allow. She said NO. I told her my dentist had sent me for a root canal of one tooth. I didn't see why they had to do a 3D of my entire mouth. If you go be prepared for additional charges that are not covered.

I thought that was very gracious of him to tell me that, and lead me to believe my dentist needed to be replaced! Dr Allison reportedly is able to do root canals efficiently, and I would not hesitate to return if I needed one. After moving from Ohio, I had one here in Georgia and I lay with my mouth open for +2 hours to receive it. Never again! I liked the man immediately and felt very comfortable. After examining it he said I might need a root canal. Since he was not certain about it, he referred me to a root canal specialist who could give a second opinion. I appreciated that. How often do doctors ask for 2nd opinions? The front staff are super friendly people. I always look forward to seeing them and talking with them. The waiting room is modern with modern art. The music they play is very pleasing to be the ear. It's soothing and puts me in a relaxed mood. They have their own WiFi to connect to. The restroom is easy to see in case you want to brush your teeth before you go back. My husband and I always look forward to our appointments with Dr. Bullards office!

I had a toothache that made me want to bang my head against the wall. The pain was definitely the…read moreworst toothache I've experienced ever. I went to my general dentist and she advised I needed to see an endodontist. She recommended one, but they couldn't see me for over a week. I did some Google searching and found this office. They were able to see me next day. The office is conveniently located and is not far from Lowe's on Valleydale if you need a reference point. It's on the second floor of the building it's in. The office was cold but they have nice, fluffy blankets you can use. I believe the owners are Christian based on the office decor and music that was playing, which was a plus for me. They had a form that asked questions to help make my visit better like how anxious I was, what channel I preferred on the tv, etc. The staff was inviting and professional. Dr. Collier was very nice and answered all my questions. When he did my procedure, he and his assistant were constantly checking to make sure I was okay. I'm feeling much better today. They called me earlier to check on me and see if I had any questions. I'd definitely recommend this office. Be sure to check your insurance benefits so you will know what you will have to pay.
