First, the prescription was in the process of being sent. The second time I called I was told it would take more than an hour for it to be sent to the pharmacist. So then my 65-year-old mother had to drive back to the dentist and personally demand answers. The stress from the situation made the tooth bleed even worse. Instead of assisting me with my issues, she was dismissive and rude. It was frustrating to feel like I was talking to a brick wall when all I wanted was some clarity regarding my billing.
