When I came back in Aug for the procedure as I was in the chair getting numb they were talking about multiple visits, which was never discussed. I ended up losing a day of work and not get the procedure done. I also have a medical condition, my main doctors cleared this procedure and I gave the information as I booked the procedure over the phone, however apparently that information was not communicated with Dr Cosby so in addition to me being blind sided with extra costs Dr Cosby decided, instead of asking my medical doctor questions, to look up online what should be done. Extremely frustrating that I communicated information and was met with undisclosed costs and an unprepared doctor. I got my files and will be seeking other offices.
