They came and passed my a sandwhich. I realized it was another BLT and not my ham and cheese croissant. Brought to counter and told him wrong sandwich, I ordered the ham and cheese. Sat back down. Smoothie and my correct sandwich about another 10 mins later. Waiting waiting waiting on scrambled eggs. I asked my cousin to go up and ask before I went full Karen lol. She did and they said they are making them now. Came out 5 mins later, at this point my daughters bacon was cold and so was all of our tea. Take away from this: do not get the afternoon tea, just because you made a res, doesn't mean they'll have a table for you. They need more staff and they should not be serving other guests until the guests before them have all their items. Again, nice people but food service was bad.
