There are a variety of snowball flavors and they even offer clear flavorings if you want to avoid food dye. They also offer sugar free options. They have special snowballs made with bluebell ice cream as well. You can also bring Chloe's to you, as they are mobile being in a cute trailer. You can hire them to cater your events for a cool treat. For the next couple of Fridays they are offering a free event called food truck Friday which I attended for the first time tonight and it was so nice! They had a free bounce house for the kids, a lady making balloon animals for tips, and for fifty cents you could practice your karate by breaking a board. They also had live music so bring your lawn chair and come hungry because they also bring in food trucks! It's a good time for families in Zachary.

I know the world is full of all kinds and everyone has their own opinion on things. But if your opinion on Spicy Nacho is anything less than 5 stars then you're wrong. #SorryNotSorry Mrs Carlette is a veteran, and I love supporting veteran owned businesses! She is the kindest, friendliest person I've ever seen in a customer service position. When you visit, you will see her working just has hard as who she has working with her. She is always smiling. Some people might not think this part is relevant to a good food review, but I do because service is soooo important and clearly something that has become a lost art among many in a service setting. I've never had a problem here, but I have watched her professionally handle an upset customer who tried to smear her business on Facebook. Professionally handle!! Now onto the food. Whew!!! I don't even know if know enough cool adjectives to describe how incredible it is. She doesn't skimp on anything!! Anything!! You will have more than enough of whatever you order. These snow balls aren't just thrown together. They are crafted. I highly recommend getting the extreme cream in whatever flavor you order! Trust me. Get it. Her nachos aren't regular ballpark concession stand quality nachos. They are top notch. She takes pride in what she serves and it's only the best. It shows in all aspects of this business. Spicy Nacho is closed on the weekends. But she has two children who are involved in various actives that she doesn't miss. What am awesome Mom!! With the line literally wrapped around the building and often times down the side of the road just to get in, I don't think she's hurting missing two days. I think it's greatness! Priorities. I love supporting this business. I do not know Mrs. Carlette personally at all. I have just watched over the last few years of living here how she carries herself, how she treats her customers, and how much she loves her kids. I admire her. I love these snow balls!! I ordered the strawberry cheesecake snowball stuffed (which means with ice cream inside). The flavor was good--very sweet, as expected, but there was barely any ice cream inside...I had to swirl it around with my straw trying to find the ice cream but there was less than a teaspoon. I would still recommend them if you want a regular snowball without all the bells and whistles.

I opted for a 12 oz strawberry cheesecake/strawberry snowball with condensed cream because I just wanted to try it, prior to leaving for a flight. It was plenty. The flavors were bold and not watery tasting, and the snowball was filled with just enough juice. I also enjoyed the condensed milk and the prices were reasonable. They have a lot of flavors and size options too. There are additional menu items as well. Overall, Snow Queens did not disappoint. From the setup of their snowball stand, the service, and the taste of the snowball, everything was 10/10. I highly recommend them!
