Not only is our toilet functioning perfectly now, but my in-laws can stop being embarrassed about having guests over, and our 2-year-old is now one step closer to learning that toys belong anywhere except the toilet! Fast response, professional service, fair pricing, and excellent communication throughout the entire process. If you need a plumber, I highly recommend Yuri and Lucky Plumbing. Yuri was very helpful over the phone and had Sam at our house within an hour. Sam snaked the cleanout, then ran a camera and found the blockage right at the property line. He clearly explained everything, answered all my questions, and helped me navigate the city process. While preparing to dig a new cleanout, Sam and Charlie discovered an existing one that had been buried by the builders and were able to clear the blockage from there. The issue turned out to be roots in the line, and Sam coordinated with the city so they could apply a long-term fix. Fast response, great communication, and excellent problem-solving. I was extremely satisfied and would absolutely recommend them.

They didn't finish the job. They caused more damage to my home…read more I was at work when they did the repair, they left without calling me with update. I arrived home from work to find two massive holes in my wall. Called to ask where they were and told me it would be additional $450 to finish the job on top of the $650 I already paid for a full service job. They have not made the issue right and two weeks have now passed. Very disappointing. Caution to anyone seeking plumbing services from this company. Daniel Your response is incorrect. They never spoke to anyone about not repairing the drywall. You nor the technician EVER consulted with Me about it. You never offered me a 50% discount. And yes You did state $450 several times during our conversation. They left without even showing the job nor taking pictures. I am sure You have the call recorded. That cannot be falsified like this false claim You're making on my review. Attempting to make it sound like there was this negotiation with Your technician when in fact it was with YOU directly over the phone. Go ahead and attempt to convince future clients of Yours of no wrong doing, but You and I both know how it really went. Also You never sent me a refund like You said You would. Bad business.
