I asked them to wear a face mask and shoe coverings for inside and they went to their truck and got the items. They inspected the faucet and tried to fix the leaking hose but could not. They then contacted the insurance company and replaced the faucet with a new one that they had to go purchase as the faucets they had in their truck did not fit correctly. They were very professional and put down tarps before they began working and then cleaned up after using their own products. They also very patiently explained how I could easily fix a couple of other minor plumbing issues . I hope I don't have any other plumbing issues but if I do I will be sure to called MAPA right away!!

I have used Jim's service 3 times in the last 5 years. Once was simply a checkup since I bought a…read morenew house and wanted the ok. I was told then that the capacitor would probably need to be replaced in the next year or two but otherwise all looked ok. I bought and replaced the capacitor myself a few weeks later. $20 part and takes 2 minutes to replace. This year first my refrigerant went out. They came out the next day and refilled it and the bill for that was between $200-300. I'd have to pull out my checkbook to see exactly how much. I don't know the current cost for that service so I shrugged and went on about my life. That's the life of a homeowner. A month later, beginning of July, my motor started a loud squealing. A quick google search told me that when an a/c unit starts squealing it means one of two things - either the belts bad or the bearings in the motor were going bad, and that means the motor needs to be replaced. Since I don't have a belt it was the motor - common sense at work. So I called Jims again and they came out the next day. By then the ac wasn't working to cool the house anymore so I shut off the power to it. They showed up just before 5pm. I had to call around 4 to make sure they were coming at all since I never received a call confirming an appt that morning. They stayed for 5 mins and replaced the capacitor and said goodbye. I was unconvinced that the problem was solved. But since I didn't have a hvac degree I took their word for it. The house didn't cool down very well but I thought since it was over 90 degrees in the house maybe it was just taking a very long time. By the next night I realized the house was hot and went outside and what did I see? An ac unit running but no motor spinning. Yay. Not trusting Jims any longer I ordered the motor with overnight shipping (approximately $200 total) and replaced the motor myself. The whole replacement took 30 mins, two tools, and two zipties. I've since received the bill for the capacitor I DID NOT need and that bill was $200.41. They charged $60 just for the capacitor. Remember when I said I bought my own for $20? Yeah, not happy. Though this information has zero bearing on my experience I thought I'd include this little tidbit, I'm a 40 year old single mother. So I'm editing my review because now I'm even angrier. I paid my bill and a few weeks later got another piece of mail from Jim's a/c. In it was my check and the statement with an apology. It didn't solve my problem but it went a long way to soothe the irritation. Who doesn't appreciate someone apologizing even if they didn't personally mess up, right? Well now today I get a new statement with PAST DUE on it and a late fee. Saying I'm not happy would be a gross understatement

This isn't the first time she's been completely clueless, it's been that way with my previous calls as well.

This review is based on Noain Plumbing inspection of a sprinkler system and their responsiveness to…read morefollow up questions. Noain Plumbing was contacted due to a soaking wet yard which we were concerned had a leaking sprinklers system. They clearly said everything was working well but upon my inspection one of the sprinkler control was leaking continuously. I just had a few follow up questions about what was included in the inspection and if this continuous leaking was noted. They did not answer any calls placed to their business number. Took a full day to respond to emails and did not actually answer all the questions. I understand their job is complete once they are off the property, and things may change but as they clearly stated on their undated documents, to reach out for any questions yet Noain Plumbing was relatively difficult to follow up with. And over a two day period I doubt that leak just sprung out of no where. My videos of the leak would do this review more justice but unfortunately I can only attach a photo. In this drought state and just general conservation, this water leak is something that is incredibly wasteful and would need to be fixed. And yet, it's not even noted in their report. I suppose I didn't pay them and it's possible the seller who paid for this inspection received a more detailed report. Based solely on the squeaky clean report, voicemail only phone number, and long response to emails I would not recommend Noain Plumbing.
