He clearly explained everything, answered all my questions, and helped me navigate the city process. While preparing to dig a new cleanout, Sam and Charlie discovered an existing one that had been buried by the builders and were able to clear the blockage from there. The issue turned out to be roots in the line, and Sam coordinated with the city so they could apply a long-term fix. Fast response, great communication, and excellent problem-solving.
