He was also nice enough to drive a short distance back to the hotel when he realized I left my reading glasses. Surprised party for my mother ruined! The limo driver arrives at my mother home and doesn't even open the door for her. I sent an email 3 days before pick up letting Fabi know that my mother should wait in Limo or have a limo driver call me when he arrives. So that I can come get her to take her to her surprise. The driver just pulls up and tells them ok this is your destination so she gets out and he just drives off as if he was in a hurry. My mom walked in on us still setting her surprise up for her. Surprise Ruined! I call company to let them know I was dissatisfied and they say my mother refused to stay in Limo. My mom say the driver just said you are at destination and drove off . I booked the car 1 hour 3:30-4:30. We paid $300 for but only got 30 minutes of bad service. I'm so mad! Fabi do better! read more

This was a Friendsmas gift to 5 little girls and us moms in lieu of exchanging presents. We packed cocoa for the kids and wine for the adults, and Ray picked us up to explore Christmas lights in River Oaks. He did an awesome job navigating the busy streets, and stopping at all the best houses for us to take pics. Professional, clean, and extremely nice drivers who know the area. When I arrived at IAH it was a zoo... it was a few days prior to the Super Bowl and the airport was packed. My driver, Anis, never lost his cool even though the limo parking area was complete chaos (think 'bumper cars' and you'll get a good picture). My return trip was just as professional - the driver arrived AN HOUR early because some construction geniuses thought closing southbound Hwy 45 on a Saturday morning made good sense. My driver said he was concerned about getting to my pickup on time so he left extra early and drove completely around to avoid 45 (and just as professionally... he did not knock on door or call me, but merely waited patiently outside for whenever I was ready). Having traveled to Galveston for a family emergency, the last thing I needed was to worry about getting to and from the airport. I am so thankful I found this company - will definitely use them again, and have recommended them to my local friends. read more

Never use this limousine company. The owner can't be trusted and he over-charges clients. The owner is very unprofessional, and he lies to get your business. Initially, he would sound so nice and fast to earn your business but once he has gotten your credit card, he is something else. I requested for a stretch limousine to pick up a guest and he charged me almost $200 for Hobby airport pick up and drop off was the Galleria. Fine but instead of picking up my quest with a stretch limo that I negotiated and paid him for, he used an SUV to pick my quest up without informing me. When I confronted him about this conduct, he told more lies to cover up his conduct and when I informed him that I would leave a bad review, he threatened to send my guest back to the airport and abandon her over there in SEVERE FREEZING AND EXTREME COLD WEATHER CONDITION and knowing, also, that my guest was new in town. So, because I was very far from Hobby Airport and couldn't do anything to help my guest and was unable to secure another transportation for my guest at that time, I had to beg him to go ahead to complete the job as they have already left Hobby airport in the SUV. However, he demanded more money to continue with the trip. Just to make sure that my quest who does not live in Houston got to the hotel room safely, I had to beg Z-limousine and agreed on his terms. I have used so many limousine companies in the last, Z-limousine is the worst of all, and the owner is extremely rude. Please be warned!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LIMO COMPANY. I used Z limo to and from the airport for a recent overseas trip. On the trip to the airport, the driver picked me up on time at my home. I was expecting a town car, but received a Suburban. The ride was very jerky with continuous hard acceleration and braking. He also yelled at other drivers several times. On the return trip, the driver texted me to say he was running late. This was ok since my flight was late. He was waiting for me when I cleared customs. Also a Suburban. During the drive back home, I noted his speed in excess of 95 mph. I will look for other limo service in the future. read more

Nine times the rate of uber, ten times crappier service. Impatient driver wouldn't let us leave after we gave a tip, said we didn't pay enough. $300 round trip from IAH to Galveston Port... Ridiculous! We can't control when the ship allows us to get off and through customs. If you don't want to wait, don't offer service to the port. Response from customer service was just as crappy. Good morning I'm really sorry for the unpleasant driver you have today. Your reservation was for 8am and he wait for you for over an hour. Five of us rented a Limo to go to the Dwight Yoakam Concert last Friday at the Arena Theater in Houston. Daniel, the driver arrived a few minutes early, and waited until the agreed time before knocking on our front door, right on time. He introduced himself to everyone, and asked for any special requests or questions that we may have; before leading us out to his suburban. The suburban was an older model which had a few problems, like the back door not opening. This caused us to have the wheelchair to take up a full seat in the limo... which caused a couple of us to squeeze into the rear seat. We held our tongue, because Daniel did his very best to make us comfortable and keep us in a great mood, both going & coming in his car. After the concert, severe weather hit the area and I lost power on my cell. He had no way to contact me, nor I to call him... but in the middle of the heavy lightning storm, he found us and was able to get the limo so close that Daniel and a couple of my friends got my wheelchair & me rolled up to the car and inside without being soaked like many others trying to leave. Daniel then got us home driving through a severe thunderstorm with plenty of lightning crossing the skies. The bottom line I have to say was that Daniel saved the reputation of Z Limousine. We aren't rookies at this, in fact we drive the top of the line Cadallic Saran and have tried many limo services. The vehicle from Z Limo did not impress us in any way. They need to step up their service vehicle before I would use them again. read more

When I called at 8:45am to ask where the driver was, customer service person "Mike" told me he thought appointment was for 9:00am (not true, we booked the night before with same Mike) and regardlessI would be fine leaving at 9:00am and "not to worry." I can't say enough good words for this company. When we arrived, our party was no longer traveling together. Not only did they take the first of our party to their hotel in Galveston (prior to cruise), but they also arranged for another car to pick up the rest of our party later in the day to take us to the hotel in Galveston. My husband travels with a scooter. The car that was sent for us was perfect for all of our luggage and scooter. The driver helped loading the scooter into the vehicle. The vehicles that we rode in were spotless and smelled so nice. The drivers were beyond polite and helpful. If you are traveling to Houston and need a car service, please consider this company. You won't regret it. It was perfect when we returned from our cruise to have the car waiting for us and taking us to the car rental company. We used Z Limo Servicen from Houstin to the port of Galveston to catch our ship. We received a text from our driver with his picture when we touched down in Houston. He was waiting for us as we were exiting the terminal. There was a lot of traffic, however he got us to the port inn good time. After the cruise, our driver texted us and met us on time. Nice large, clean Suburban. No traffic, got us to the airport in no time. I recommend paying the additional $20.00 to get dropped off at the terminal instead of at Starbucks. We took a cruise from the Bayport Cruise Ship Terminal, and the cruise line indicated that we would have a very tight window to make our flight back to Chicago out of IAH. Z Limousine quickly provided a very competitive quote by e-mail, and maintained good communication and follow-up from that point forward. Our driver was at the terminal right on time, and got us to the airport with almost 2 hours to spare. We even got a stretch limo when we were expecting a Town Car. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! My flight was delayed due to weather. They do not keep track of flights that are delayed. I was diverted and spent hours on a crowded stinky plane. They were not there to pick me up when I arrived. They did not offer me a refund or a ride at a later time. I am reasonable and would have accepted any effort. To take my payment and offer me nothing in return is ridiculous. Don't risk doing business with them. read more
