Pleasant enough That being said: The owner, BISCUIT, on the other hand, is a rude, boorish, racist, buffoon. He's the type of person you'd be so embarrassed by, because you accidentally invited him to a party and forgot about it ; until you heard his loud, obnoxious, piggish-like laughter coming from the kitchen as he shoves free food items into his pockets for later. My tattoo experience would have been great, had the owner not spoiled it with his filthy racist rhetoric, which was thoughtfully displayed. As if he was trying to rile me. Not this time! Just take my money (which I owe you) and I'll kindly never set foot in your establishment again. Biscuit!!!!

The first thing I noticed was how clean and brilliant the floors and the stations looked. That is always extremely important to me. Not only the way it was designed and decorated, but the front desk worker was so friendly, easy to communicate with, and genuinely cared about how our experience was when we left. The pedicure stations are by far the best chairs I've sat in that actually give you a good massage. I had Van for my nail technician, and his attention to detail was spot on as well as his ability to work deep enough inside of my foot when the time for the massage came. He nailed my French tip as well! I came here with two of my friends and each one of them was very satisfied with their experience. We have made it a monthly part of our schedule!

She was rough and had an attitude. I've never had my legs slapped during a pedicure. Definitely not friendly and didn't introduce herself. I've never had anyone so rude.
