Unprofessional for a medical office -- if the coffee shop across the street has a more reliable opening time, that's a bad sign, but stuff happens. After filling out paperwork, they informed me they scheduled my appointment incorrectly for 9am and asked if I could be seen "right at 9". I said I have a job and specifically scheduled for 8 to try to get to work by 9:30. Complete waste of time, ruined my morning. I don't care if the therapy is good or bad, the office experience was enough to make me never want to return.

I found that and more with this gym. I love that each session I attend has a knowledgeable personal trainer guiding me, helping with form, and motivating me to give it my best. I like that each workout is tailored towards your individual fitness level. I also enjoyed the surprisingly tasty protein shakes that were made in house after my session. But most of all, I noticed myself getting stronger and really liking what I saw in the mirror too. Highly recommend.
