Ita located in the circle area by Raw Juice. I could see parking to be a hassle as its tight. The gym is below apartments and surrounded by other shops. Once I walked in, I was greeted and as I am accustom to a norm of being provided with a towel or 2; I asked as I was provided and was told they dont provide them at this location. I then asked the direction of the locker room for women as this was my first time at this location. This is definitely new and updated compared to Reisterstown location but smaller then Padonia. I went to the locker room, changed out to gym fit and browsed the place to adjust for working out. Unfortunately, my brain didnt adjust well as thete arent towels nor mats. Its pretty small, and split level with stair master/treadmull and other machinery of the sort upstairs. The gym presented clean throughout as well as quiet. Im not sure if its due to it being 2pm. Needless to say, I did not workout as this gym is minimal with what Im use to receiving and wasnt prepared for this gym without the towels and mats I would probably only come if the others closed for whatever reason. So with that being said, I personally will continue wirking out at Reisterstown or Padonia locations.

The facility is small…read morebut well maintained with a decently equipped weight room and tons of treadmills, stair masters, and ellipticals. One of my biggest complaints about my old gym was that it didn't have nearly enough treadmills for the size of the facility so I was often waiting for someone to leave at peak hours. This has never been an issue at Brick Bodies. I also love that the cycling room is typically open and available for use even if there's no class going on. The locker rooms are oftentimes clean and I love the lockers with built in locks -- no need to bring your own! I don't do any of the classes here anymore (mainly because I'm also a CorePower member and prefer their classes) but they offer a wide array for different skill levels. I took one barre class here but wasn't a fan of the instructor and the pace of the class wasn't intense enough for me. I would love to see towel service be introduced here. When I joined back in 2021 I thought the lack of towels was a Covid-era, thing but fast forward to 2026 and they still don't provide any. It's $50 a month ($25 every two weeks) making it a more affordable option compared to my previous gym.

We started off with some bootcamp moves (burpees, push ups, crunches, jumping jacks oh my). I haven't done a bootcamp in forever so I was surprised I could keep up. After the warm up, they went over the boxing movements and stance until everyone had it down. Next, they split the very large class into two. One half went downstairs to box and the other half remained upstairs to continue to the bootcamp. Ropes, weights, kettle bells and medicine balls. My favorite were the weights as I felt like I finally had a chance to catch my breath lol. Eventually, we switched places with the group downstairs. Time for Baby Mayweather to come out. There's latex gloves for people to wear if you plan on using the gyms boxing gloves. Great way to maintain hygiene as your hands do sweat quite a bit in the boxing gloves. Punch punch punch, jab, uppercut. We also did some sprints and push ups once again. Back to punch punch punch, pretend that's your ex that broke your heart, jab punch uppercut. Class ended with some fun exercises and gift giveaways. Overall, I loved my time at Knockout. Would definitely be a place I would frequent if I lived closer.

They are not a good business and they will take your money and make it impossible to cancel. They have multiple emails and multiple processes and multiple scripts on how to cancel your membership. You would think by telling and emailing the owner that you want to cancel would suffice, but that is far from the truth. This place is a sham and because of all these other horror stories I have read, I'm glad I escaped when I did. This is the first time I read the reviews and I was a member for years. the owner talks about this freely about not caring about the members and has no problem sending his members to collections because he knows he cons people into signing shoddy contracts that are impossible to get out of. This place deserves less than a star and it's sad because you can get a decent sweat here, but the owner is a horrible person.

The spin classes are excellent, and I totally recommend Reese's 30 min Sculpt & Abs class! I've never had any issue waiting to use a machine - the club is almost never crowded. All cardio equipment has individual TVs and there are tons of magazines (perfect if you're anything like me...I can't workout unless I'm distracting myself). When you're done working out, grab yourself a complimentary bath towel and head to the locker room located downstairs - stocked fully with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. They also have a special that when you refer friends, you get a month free/12 friends and you get a year free...it's completely unlimited. Lastly, their trainers are incredible - After only a few sessions with Donna, I lost 15lbs in ONE MONTH, just in time to look excellent for this cruise I was going on. I recently worked out with Guy and he completely kicked my butt back into shape. Reese even won Top Trainer in Baltimore Magazine. You can get a free training session when you join the club, and you can check out their profiles online or ask someone who works at the club to recommend one for you. Also they are doing a special program right now called FitClub - focusing on weight loss - you meet up with your trainer 3 times a week for around 6 weeks. That'll get your New Year off right! He helps you to meet your full potential, and if you have injuries or sore areas, he helps to target those areas in stretching, foam rolling, and movement changes. I almost feel like I have a trainer and a physical therapist at the same time. All the trainers there are kind, helpful, and highly encouraging, and I have enjoyed every class. There are many options for people who are 100% new to working out and those that have a lot of experience. Classes such as Conditioning, which is a Prime workout, uses a lot of body weight and one arm/leg movements to strengthen your core and keep your body even. Metabolic Burn (Ignite) has a more circuit training aspect with intermittent cardio. Those who attend are regulars, and come as often as we do. I love it and honestly cannot get enough. XPF has a ton of different class times, as well as Yoga and Dance2Fitness classes. All classes have a group limit, and it is usually small. There are also options for Small Group classes, which is an even smaller class size where often the trainer can spend more time with you. I believe he even has 1 on 1 options as well.
