This is a really a meat lovers spot, their pastrami and other sliced meats are the star of the show as well as their giant burgers. They have a very bustling restaurant that gets packed at lunch time but you can also order to go. On a recent visit to the hood, I ordered one 11€50 pastrami sandwich+soft+dessert combo and also picked up some of their fabulous roasted turkey and some homemade Shabbat meat patties for dinner that night. Actually, there are two lines, one for take away (on the left) and one for sit down. Both lines are just as long, but the take away moves much faster. Fairly organized. For the take away side, an employee takes orders while you wait in line, to expedite the process. (If you are from CA, think of an In and Out burger drive thru business model). On first pass, there was a line at the take-out window. When I returned to dine in, there was a rather significant line there as well. My party of 2 was apparently the magic number because they had us stand in the front of the line and we were seated inside almost immediately. The food here is served so rapidly that I seriously doubt anyone needs to wait long as there's a constant turning of tables. Schwarma and Fallafel and whatever else we consumed here was so fresh, delicious, and satisfying that I tried coming back here again the night before leaving Paris. He proceeded to talk to the owner. Then the owner came to our table and told us he could not serve us we had to order more food. There is no way I would support such a business with such rude customer service especially amongst our community to treat someone like that, knowing we are foreigners is so rude. We happily got up and left. Luckily we ran into a religious couple that told us to go to Bassar, which had amazing food, amazing ambience great service and not a single empty table in the house.
