The office manager pulled me into his office and told me I had to get an exam and xrays today otherwise I couldn't get my teeth cleaned. He proceeded to tell me he would give me a great discount of 30% off the rate. I was like wait a minute, am I getting the shake down at my dental office? I couldn't believe it. What rate is he discounting? medicaid? Every insurance plan is different so this sounded very sketchy. It's shocking that the dentist would rather not clean my teeth according to the treatment plan they made for me 'to protect their practice license' when all they had to do was clean my teeth and document the reason for the delay in exam and xray for 1 month. Surely we can find more compassionate responsible dentists than this practice. Stay away.

When they chose the name they sure chose wisely. The images they do are so advanced I can see find cracks in my teeth. The newest machine they used on me today scanned my teeth showing where I have the most pressure on my teeth. I am a major TMJ grinder. Day and night. Not by choice. I'm glad He understands me so well. He has literally saved my teeth! No one else in my family has had their teeth half as long as me. And this is so with his work! I trust him like no other dentist I have ever had. Other dentists have done crowns and I've been with unsightly bonding. With the work Dr Gaber has done. You can't tell they're crowns or fillings. I wish I could afford to have all my teeth redone.

I went back for a cleaning today and I expressed my discomfort at the prospect of having more than bitewing xrays ( and the American Dental Association has guidelines I was going by you can look them up your self even the ADA thinks dentists are going overboard with xrays) and he kicked me out for not doing exactly what he wants. I can only conclude he cares more about profit than respecting his patients and their bodily autonomy. Another thing that I found unprofessional were his receptionist texted me and threatened to cancel my appointment and charge me 75 dollars for a missed appointment if I didn't confirm the appointment with them. What's with that? I don't know about you, maybe you are the type that just goes along with whatever the dentist says, and if you are just interested in being told what to do and don't want any input about your oral health and are willing to just put money in the hands of someone who sees you as a profit center then you and Sherif Gabr will get along marvelously. In another review the office attempted to do damage control by claiming I was combative and rude, but that is just a blatant lie.

It's reinforcement, the latest in armor - an (aircraft grade) Titanium Implant. Numerous and necessary visits: To extract the wounded, and in my case a bone graft, post-op check & template fitting, install of the implant, the last check, and finally, back to my dentist for a customized crown. Science & Engineering! The process in my case just shy of 11 months. The staff: Wow, what pleasant professionals! Absolutely, no complaints. Tapping out my annual dentistry insurance, yes. Significant out of pocket, yes. Worth the time and price, YES by all means.

Dr Lee is Amazing. I was kicked to the curb after a different dentist messed up my mouth and left a…read moregaping hole in my gum that was inflamed from him working on it, because he couldnt physically complete the job because he lacked training. I was in severe pain and called every dentist in a 20 mile radius. Dr Lees office said come in now! (Only dentist willing to see me) In less than 5 minutes, he finished the job, stitched the hole and mentioned how could not believe that office let me keave like that. I refered every family memeber to him and all love him. He has done an amazing job for all of us. Most people don't typically enjoy the dentist but if you are looking for a new one or to switch your current dentist I highly recommend Dr. Milardo. Each room has its own television that hangs above you so whether you're enjoying a cleaning, filling, or any other dental work you can watch your favorite programs on the tube. When you leave they even give you a doggy bag full of treats(dental related). It is important to note that they are quick, efficient and don't dilly dally or require you to get X-rays every time you're in for an appointment which is usually a real hassle. What's also great is that when confirming your appointment they send if you sign up for it, a text message reminding you with the date and time, a number to call if something comes up and an option to respond confirming your appointment. I travel all the way from Andover CT just to come to see Dr. Milardo and his staff. Great job guys and keep it up!
