They don't take husky insurance anymore after March which is fine, my appointment like 10 -15 minutes later it's fine i understand. But before I start I want go to the restroom the girl she says we got short time, that means she don't want I go than I didn't go . After the cleaning the dentist come to check my teeth for the fill , she say I don't need , my teeth feels very sensitive been a while she just let me buy the toothpaste over the counter which is $35 bucks,But my teeth still pain and sensitive since I left there it's been almost 2 months I can't use my right side to eat . I think because they don't take this insurance anymore more that's why they don't want to do . The clean she did like did nothing. I don't recommend here very perfunctory and not nice.

I called the Dental Associates of Wethersfield after that and asked to be seen for a second opinion. They were able to get me in for a same-week appointment, and turns out I have no cavities! I am so relieved and I have Dr. DeFilippo to thank for that. He is very knowledgeable and put my concerns to rest. She said it may be up to $30 or so more due once the exact bill is in. Months go by and I receive a bill for over $400 more. This is completely unacceptable and they sent collection noticed to my house as well. The secretary obviously had the incorrect information through the insurance and this was never communicated to me and I was told with confidence I owed approximately $430 not almost $900. Very poor communication and I will not be paying more than what I was told was going to be due.

My hygenist was Melissa and I saw Dr. G, both were welcoming and friendly and didn't even hint at shaming me for neglecting my visits. DeAna the Treatment Plan Coordinator cracked a joke about being new and I didn't believe her based on the banter. I'll be back in a couple weeks for a crown and already have my 6 month cleaning scheduled too. So far my experience has been 10/10 and I'd recommend Dolan Dental to anyone especially if you're at all anxious about the dentist.

Kasabji and Engelhardt to provide a fix for his tooth and recommended next steps for treatment with his regular dentist when we get home. They provided care within an hour and were kind, explanatory and understanding of our concern that leaving it untreated could lead to infection or discomfort over a holiday with family. The work I needed done was not covered by my insurance but they made it easy by handling all of the financing and helped make it affordable for me. The dental assistants were also very caring and patient. Once even staying late to make sure my temporary bridge looked and fit right Dr. Kasabji did my bridge. I cannot say enough nice things about this doctor. He was patient, explained the "why" and "how" of everything he was doing and he did his job very well, as far as I can tell. The thing with Dr. kasabji he accepted my seemingly-unreasonable demands with a smile and even jokes. He never once made me feel judged, and I gave him plenty of reason, believe me! I can be a very hard patient to deal with. When my permanent bridge finally came in, I was so excited. I was going to be done, at last! But the color was wrong. I wanted to be done with all of this so badly, I told The doctor that it was okay, go ahead and put it in. He refused, ever so nicely and patiently. He explained that he understood I wanted to be done with this, but that I would eventually regret it and he couldn't sleep at night if he put it in. I grudgingly agreed.
