We tried to come back the next night just to have the sorbet again but it was so busy we wouldn't waited 30+ minutes, and though it would be worth it we had other stuff we wanted to get to. It probably took 3-4 minutes. She went back through the door and came back to face me behind the counter. After a bit, an order slip was printed from a thing about a foot from the both of us.
