Came here as recommended by friends after dinner as they said it was great yogurt and they had non-dairy choices so we said let's try it, and they were right! I had the non-dairy chocolate and pineapple flavors along with a bunch of toppings - probably too much but worth it! One pays by the weight of your yogurt cup when checking out. Brandi was the one person behind the counter and she's "a fine girl," answering any questions and helping when asked. If we're ever out this way and need dessert this is a definite destination that my wife and I recommend highly. read more

It was a quiet Saturday evening and I took my wife and kids out for something sweet. The place was very clean with a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Prices are reasonable and there is a wide variety of flavors to choose from. The kids really enjoyed it and had a great time picking their favorites. I happened to be in the area and stopped in for a snack. This location is better than the Westlake Village one. It is clean, it has a lot of good topping options. I like that the staff is meant to serve the toppings in the counter to you. That part is not self serve. The other dry toppings are in a gravity feed type of container. I've stopped going to the Westlake location due to being let down several times. However I will come back to the West Hills location any day. read more

The service and workers are terrible i went here twice and both times the workers were rude, careless and watched you carefully the whole time. i couldn't even choose flavors because of how uncomfortable i felt . I came here a couple times before and again today. Their yogurt is very good but the customer service is subpar. The guy at the counter is not very nice. We asked for a sample cups which is common in frozen yogurt places and he denied. When my kids tried to get toppings, the cereal dispenser style topping area releases a ton of topping even though we barely moved the handle. Not only did my kids get a lot more than they wanted, the employee was rude and said "you made a mess", as if it was intentional. We spent over $40 for frozen yogurt for four people - way overpriced. I will not be coming here again. They lost a customer. It's too bad. P.S. while we were sitting down eating our frozen yogurt, two additional customers were irritated at the guy for his bad service. Went here on May 25 around 6 PM, and unfortunately had a disappointing experience that left a sour taste--no pun intended. I've been coming to Yozen for years and have always enjoyed it, but yesterday felt different. I brought my two daughters--ages 7 and 2. Before filling our cups, my older daughter wanted to try a sample to decide what flavor she wanted. I let my toddler try the dairy-free option to see if she'd like it, and my older daughter tried something else. When she went back to ask the young man working there if she could quickly try the lemon flavor before choosing, he told her no. That she had already had her one sample and couldn't try another. Now maybe this is some new policy (though I saw no signage about it), or maybe this employee was just being unnecessarily strict with a child. Either way, it came off as rude. We were three guests, and only two small samples had been given. More importantly, we were about to pay for three cups. Is it really a big loss to let a 7-year-old try one more flavor before she fills her cup? I didn't say anything at the time, but the way it was handled felt cold and unfriendly--especially toward a kid. I'm a longtime fan of this place, but that kind of treatment definitely made us think twice. Disappointed. Update: I just went back and looked at some other reviews prior to our visit and noticed that about a month ago, someone else left a review saying they were denied a sample cup. They even posted a picture--and it turns out it's the same employee who did this to my daughter. We've never had this experience at Yozen before, so it seems like this may be an issue with this particular employee who hasn't learned from last time--unless this is an official store policy. read more

After eating dinner we walked over to yozen frogurt for dessert! What I liked the most was you could still add your own toppings! A lot of places don't let you do that anymore. They had a lot of flavors and every yogurt I got was delicious! My favorite was the pomegranate mixed with the tart. I got peanuts and mochi on top and it was perfect. There is plenty of seating inside and outside and it was nice to sit outside during this cool weather. Also there is plenty of parking which is a plus. This place is a solid four stars. I think lowering their prices Just a Touch, Maybe by 10 cents per ounce, would make it a true five star spot. Compared to Yogurtland over by Tampa and victory, this place has a slightly more Tangy "Tangy" flavor. I do like the fact that you can put your own toppings on, however you want, wherever you want. The flavors tasted great, but you're kind of just right in between Menchie's and Yogurtland. By comparison, Menchie's to me just tastes like ice milk, with a very watery consistency. Yogurtland is a little more smoother. When you take everything into consideration, is it worth driving six or seven miles down Victory to go to a better spot? So this money you spend in gasoline kind of is the same thing as spending 10 cents more here per ounce. You'll have to weigh all that into consideration. I mean if you're in the neighborhood, and this is your local spot, then more power to you. In summary, and just giving a general review of the place, it's not bad, but it's not the greatest. I tried a good six flavors in my bowl. It was very easy to distinguish each, and some are definitely better in consistency and flavor than others. So that's really why I gave this place four stars as well instead of 5. read more

Nutella's my absolute favorite and I love the wide range of options for self-serve toppings. Vegan and dairy free flavors are always available and really yummy too! The girl On duty just now insulted us and told us to get the fuck out of the place because my wife asked to test a second flavor! She threw the service bad at me and I did follow her into the back work area and told her what a miserable employee she was . My wife has cancer and has difficulty with tasting I asked her in a nice way to allow to taste another flavor she said no a a disprectful manner. So I really thought twice about posting this review. After all, we live in the neighborhood and frequent this frozen yogurt shop fairly often. And, as a business owner I love supporting local businesses. However, tonight's experience really put a bad taste in my mouth...no pun intended. The yogurt is quite delicious as well as the many topping options. So why the bad taste? Well, tonight I promised my youngest son ice cream. However, I decided to take him to get yogurt instead of Baskin Robbins. His only request was that I get him a cone along with the yogurt and I of course agreed. After all, they charge by the ounce so what's the big deal. I ended up paying almost $30 for three yogurts which is insane if you ask me. However, before leaving, my son reminded me that I didn't get him a cone. So, in order to keep my promise I asked the young man at the register to please ring me up for a cone. I was shocked when he told me that it was almost $4 for a simple little cake cone. $4? I ended up paying the money because I made a promise to my son. But that is absolutely ridiculous that they charge so much for a cone. Not a large waffle cone. But a simple cake cone. Even through door dash, you can get a box of 24 cones for less than $4. I say this to show how absolutely insane it is that they charge that much. Essentially 24 cones at this place would cost you almost $95. I hate the fact that it drove me to write a review like this for a place that I really like. But this is highway robbery. I'm all for making a profit. Charge a $1 for a cone. That I can deal with. But charging 2500% more than what they paid is just wrong. read more
