This place is huge. I liked that the door handles were red spoons. They were the gigantic version of those iconic spoons that you get to eat Blizzard treats. There were a couple of folks ahead of me in the ordering lineup. One pair of folks were ordering a cake. The other group of three was ordering dinner. Then, there was me, who wanted dessert. The wait was a bit long, but I am pretty patient. When it was my turn, I ordered a small dreamsicle dipped cone. I paid using a debit card. I then waited. I rarely see icing used to pipe cakes at DQ. There was a tray of vibrant icing bags next to me. It was cool. Business was picking up. I probably waited a good seven minutes before I got my order. The woman apologized for such a long wait. I was good. I walked over to my car and enjoyed my dreamsicle dipped cone. It was creamy and yummy. I was a happy camper. I still have yet to order a burger or anything savoury at DQ.
