I might add it was pretty busy at the time. there were plenty of deliveries being picked up by delivery guys as well. I waited the 20 min and noted that the staff were very friendly to the patrons, some of whom seemed to be regulars too. When you have so many customers complaining about their poor service, or their orders being wrong, it might be time to reconsider the idea that they're just bad customers.
