Prior to ordering we asked her to separate the bills in 4 groups and specifically specified what group we wanted the bills in, but she got confused and created a separate bill per item. A little annoying but not a big deal, I honestly wouldn't have cared if it was any other place with any other server but, it was just adding on to the pile of shit we had to deal with that night. I noticed on the bills that what was on the receipt was different from what was on the menu. I explained to her the menu was advertising the food for a cheaper price then what we were being billed for. She told me it "was the tax." I explained to her the difference was in the subtotal prior to hst but she didn't seem to understand what tax was. They ended up not giving us the prices advertised on the menu and began screaming at us, so I just sent an email to customer service. It's definitely a hands-on place with a roll of industrial napkins on the table (not particularly soft, but does the job). Staff is very friendly. I might add it was pretty busy at the time. there were plenty of deliveries being picked up by delivery guys as well. I waited the 20 min and noted that the staff were very friendly to the patrons, some of whom seemed to be regulars too.
