He's always so encouraging and if you don't know the correct answer to something, he'll really try to help you out and help you learn a lot at the same time. I've never had such a fun experience with a tutor until I had Morgan. After all of his help, I ended up doing better with writing at school and all of his tips helped me with the annual district writing prompt I used to have a hard time on. I appreciate how much Morgan cared about me getting better at writing and his cool, friendly personality that made me look forward to tutoring on the weekends. Then i called back to hopefully speak to another staff member and selected option #3 for Tech Support and guess who answers the phone just to be rude and hang up again This company must be a fraud because not only would she not give me any information, the owners name or an etc on my refund she gave me the same excuses as to why my information has not been sent to the MVD and it has now been 2 months. Do not do business with them because they are a scam and are probably using your personal information for their own gain. I'm reporting them to BBB and to the courts so that they may be removed from their list of traffic schools.
