Just wanted to give my hair stylist Curtis BIG PROPS, I love the guy:) I don't think he gets the love nor respect since he works @ JCPenny's but he truely is a hidden GEM!! My girlfriend recommended him about 7 years ago and she has been his longest client, 12+ years!!! All I can say is he is the "only" stylist that can get me platinum blonde, not Asian orange and he cuts hair so Fabulous!!!! I have been to the so called high end salons, Gene Juarez etc, etc and they don't compare!!! Smooches Curtis!!!

IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD…read more I requested highlights from the stylist (autumn) she said she could do it. I made my appointment over the internet and it said my appointment would cost $70 for what I was wanting done.. I booked a cap highlight. I got there and she said it would cost $140 for this tiny section of hair on the top of my head & called it a partial highlight. I've gotten my hair done soooo many times before and this was the ABSOLUTELY WORST experience I've ever had. She ended up doing a balayage on my hair and said it would look like what I wanted. Still quoted $140. So she bleached the shit out of my hair and fried it. My hair was healthy when I went in to the salon. I wanted a platinum blonde she put a dark toner on my hair without even talking to me about it. So I left unhappy. Called and spoke to a manager and she said they would fix it for me. I went in today and got there after an hour of commute there and home, and the manager tells me she spoke to autumn and she discussed with me what was happening with my hair that it didn't lighten good it was "orange" which is a flat out lie. Autumn told me it lightened great. Then put a dark toner on it without even seeing if that was okay with me and lied to the manager and said she discussed it with me. The manager then told me there was NOTHING they could do to fix my hair. I left crying. The "vibe" was horrible. They made me so uncomfortable and upset. Will never go again to this salon && don't recommend my worst enemy to go there. The woman in front of me in line today her hair cut was horrible also... I felt so bad for her... these women in this salon don't care about the people they are supposed to be helping. They will ruin your hair and rip you off like they did me. My hair is fried and SO UGLY. Oh also did no test stream before bleaching my hair. Was so careless and rude. I saw how it lightened and it was good I have no idea what came over her to put something completely different than what I asked for on my hair.

Presley engaged in conversation with my daughter and knew exactly what it felt like to have a bad experience personally with her hair in the past. my daughter gave Presley a photo of the hair she wanted and presley went above and beyond making her hair even better then the photo she originally showed her. my daughter said she won't have another hair stylist now and hope Presley never leaves. my youngest daughter got highlights a style and cut all at an affordable price and Presley takes her time and is able to manage more than one thing at once. she did both of my daughters hair at the same time. when I saw how good she was I took a leap of faith too. my sister gave me expensive extensions which Presley colored and installed and even washed my hair styled it and put them in about 3 hours. she's so talented and an amazing artist. shout out to Stephanie at tuscan salon who recommended her to us. she is our new girl!

My mom was too sick to get up the stairs to the salon, so the woman came to the house, chatted with my mom, gave her an amazing cut, and then refused to take money. Thank you for taking care of my mom for so many years, and especially at the end. You are much appreciated.

I've been going to Amber well I should say I've been to Amber once she did a great job on my hair,…read morebut since then she has canceled four times she then tries to reschedule after the event that I needed it for that was Thanksgiving and now Christmas. I am extremely frustrated because I waited for my appointment today at two and then she said she couldn't do it till later because the customer came in late and she went ahead and did her hair and then moved mine up, which I have my whole day planned and so I had to be somewhere at 3:30. It's just maddening.

Not only did she leave my hair with brassy ass orange "blonde" streaks, she asked me to come in 45 min later than our agreed scheduled appointment. When I tried to ask for a full/partial refund she refused because she claimed she used up a lot of her time and product but hey get this, she asks to fix it. So... you won't give me my refund but offer to fix my hair which will use up more time and product when you can give me my refund and it'll SAVE BOTH our time and more of your damn product-- which wasn't even that much considering I only literally had like 4 blonde pieces in my hair. You offering to fix my hair is not enough because what makes you think I will trust you to touch my hair again after the first time around? I let her know literally the same week that I don't like my hair so she offered to fix it. She never hits me up to schedule me, instead she posts her last minute availability on IG instead of asking me first if I was available to come in to fix my hair. There was NO effort whatsoever to try to fix my hair. I asked about that availability and she says it's been filled so I tell her to just lmk her soonest. I get NO reply for going on TWO WEEKS and at that point I would rather find someone else who knows what they're doing and could do what I ask for so that's why I asked for my damn refund. After a little heated conversation, she just stops replying-- how professional right? She should've gotten it right the first time or at least close to it. I've been blonde before so I know how my hair is but unfortunately it is obvious you don't what you're doing and also possess THE WORST customer service from any hair dresser I've ever received so I will definitely not be coming back or recommending anyone to her.
