The office is very clean and organized and in a safe but somewhat seedy area with some kind of drug rehab center in the same strip; there are bars on his office windows. We believe he is a good doctor and does return patient phone calls as needed. He does not appear, in our humble opinion, to be fond of allowing HMO patients to see specialists thus getting referrals is not easy. Some patients on other review sites comment they they were only allowed to see him once a year. We never had to ask for an appointment other than for an annual or follow-up to same so we cannot comment on that. He is a knowledgeable physician but one needs a lot of patience to navigate his system and deal with his stringent policies and procedures.

The overall experience has been exceptional. The approach was deliberate and disciplined. The results are solid, sustainable and better than I thought possible. Dr. Shore was both a cheerleader and coach through the process. It is easy to become discouraged during an extensive therapy engagement. He knew exactly when to reward and when to challenge. Dr Shore was careful to explain the journey. There were no surprises and no questions left unanswered. The therapy was delivered in a clean and orderly environment and the receptionists were always cheerful and did their best at accommodating last minute scheduling needs.
