I have also visited their PAs, and when I have a question after an appointment that needs more information, I call or add a message on the patient portal. It seems like the practice has grown over the years, and sometimes there are new people, but it doesn't take long for them to become comfortable with the practice and with the patients. A few times, I have also waited in the waiting room for a bit more than expected, but when I am seen, the doctors and the PAs spend all the time that I need and explain my questions fully and clearly.

Ghandi came off like a machine, very fast (too much coffee!?), cold, seemed totally lacking empathy (arguably the most important quality in a doctor), and proceeded to overwhelm me with about a dozen handouts, (without adequately and clearly explaining them!) touting products/treatments/therapies for my health issues that ran into hundreds of dollars right off the bat, that naturally, they sell or provide in the office. It was only then that she ordered a comprehensive lab panel to be done at Quest. And I felt like the minute I told her I needed to be ''budget conscious, she she was became even more bitchy and dismissive, as if ok, 'this patient doesn't have deep pockets, and can't afford us, so buh-bye.' The whole visit seemed incredibly impersonal, and I left feeling wham- bam- thank- you ma'amed, overwhelmed, and not feeling at all confident about getting my health issues being helped by her anytime soon. Got the distinct impression this clinic is set up to make money for whomever owns it. Positioned just over the bridge from Palm Beach, it would seem only those "on the Island" could hope to afford the exorbitant fees, supplements and treatments they purvey. Are they getting to the root cause for any of their patients?
