These empanadas are so delicious! They're seasoned well and cooked perfectly. I had one at the Foodie Fest by the Galleria Mall and went back for 3 more + fried plantains. I lost interest in trying other trucks after I had been here. The empanadas are generously packed with meat and the sauce they were served with was excellent. I took their business card and will find them again at their brick and mortar location, or wherever the truck is. I also enjoyed the guava nectar they sold. It's rare to find fresh guava options and I love guava.

On point! I grew up in Chicago and had plenty empanadas. Searching for the best empanada in the valley has been difficult, but look no further. From the well seasoned meat, to the flakey crust, to the eyes rolling to the back of my head, I must say this is the next best thing to sex... just saying I never knew my taste buds could have orgasms. We had this food truck outside our office and it was a blessing. I ordered the NY beef, The Latina, mauduros, cheesecake and apple pie and everything was on point. I had a pre-conceived notion that the empanadas would be too small for the price, but I was incorrect. They were filled to the brim and I became full halfway through the meal. I'm 6' 6" and I can get down on some food. No complaints what so ever. Keep it up!

The food is just as good as the service!! Yes you can get spanish food anywhere in Vegas BUT some EMPANADAS!!! Empanada is a very good choice but their Ranch Wings are great too!!

Nothing but great good and great service! I'm from NY and have missed a good empanada! The reviews that say shady business about tips seem a little suspicious to me to he honest. I know the food truck industry can be dog eat dog. I would 100% recommend trying the food at Your Panadas.

I AM SOLD. ok so I today I finally caved and tried their buffalo chicken empanada for the first time, with some tostones. So filling, with the perfect crunch, and just the right amount of kick! The tostones were finger-licking good too! So I doubled back for dessert and got their apple pie empanada and it was just as flavor-packed as the others. The crust is crunchy yet nothing flakes off when you bite into it. The center is jam-packed with filling, they're very generous on the portion. $5 per empanada and you'll be stuffed, or craving for more! You'll be seeing me more often, YourPanadas.

Amazing service! All empanadas are cooked fresh and the flavors are just amazing. Such creative empanadas! Finished them right away

This place is AMAZING! Their empanadas are made with perfection. The dough isn't thick at all like some empanadas, there is actually more meat than dough. The meat is seasoned perfectly, and it needs absolutely no sauce. The sauce, however is so good. The mild is light and almost refreshing in a way. The hot sauce is BOMB. To top it off the owners are so sweet and care so much about their customers and their experience. 1000% recommend. I got The New Yorker and The Apple Pie. I had to go back for seconds!

The food hits every single time and tastes so good. Their mac salad is also to die for, seriously. Their service is also excellent and the people there are pretty cool. My husband ordered the garlic chicken plate, and it was incredibly crispy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned with a perfect garlic taste. I ordered the garlic shrimp plate, and it was just as impressive. The shrimp were cooked perfectly (not overdone at all or mushy), and the garlic chili butter was a 10/10! The ambiance, however, could use some improvement. The space felt a bit dark and lacked decor. I'd love to see them elevate the atmosphere to better reflect that warm Aloha spirit. Also, there was an unpleasant smell when we walked in, which took away from the experience. Something as simple as improving ventilation or adding subtle air fresheners could make a big difference. Overall, it's a great spot for Hawaiian food, and the location is super convenient easy to get to right off the highway.

For months I've seen The Spot To Eat truck parked next to the VA office on Palms Airport Drive for almost every other day for lunch. I couldnt find any Yelp listings and never thought of looking on Facebook. Until today when something in the office smelt good and I couldn't figure where it was coming from. At the truck, its a trailer pulled around by a truck, all the pictures and descriptions just blew my mind, I was excited and upset that it took me so long to finally try it. I saw and even smelt their Buffalo Chicken Salad and I wanted one but held off. I started asking other's what their favorites were and went with Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich and Crack Fries. It was delicious on its own and only $7 ($6 for the sandwich and $1 if you add fries). It was a fried chicken with Teriyaki sauce, pineapple, tomato, lettuce, and wasabi mayo between a roll, I mixed up some deli mustard and sriracha and added to the sandwich. Did I have a smile on my face? Yes. Ordering fries on their own are $3 and ordering almost any sandwich or burgers are $6. Delicious looking gourmet burgers at a reasonable price. Their trailer has a TV with sound. I usually see them during lunch at the VA Office near the airport but follow them on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/thespottoeat and Twitter https://twitter.com/TheSpotToEat to see all their pictures, menu, and where there going to be. I ordered my go-to for Dynamite Chicken Katsu (mini, $13.52), its crispy breaded chicken, meat is tender and moist, has amazing wasabi aioli and spicy sauce drizzle, very savory and wonderfully delicious! Served with tasty crab potato salad and kimchi. Also had Fried Noodles (mini, $7.28), the egg noodles are delicious, topped with chopped scallions and kamaboko (Japanese fish cake), it's really good! Spam Musubi ($4.16) is tasty! It does need sauce and there are condiments like soy sauce and hot sauce available on the table. For a lovely treat, they make the best Japanese Milk Pudding, it's delightful and not too sweet! I ordered a regular ($5.20) and tried Ube flavor ($5.20), both are yummy! Ube flavor is so good! MacDaddy Cookie ($4.50) is excellent, it has white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts, this one taste great! Service from Koltyn and Zadus is very kind, welcoming, polite, and friendly!

The poke was spot on as if it was flown in from Hawaii. Second combo was the ahi katsu and meat jun. Katsu wasn't too crispy since there was a lot of sauce but the flavor was pretty good and ahi was cooked well. The meat jun was soft and seasoned well too.
