Scheduled a 1:30pm appointment for today at this location online, they are supposed to be open…read moreuntil 4pm - I go, and I'm guessing the whole shopping center took off, parking lot wasn't plowed, no sidewalks visible, and none of the businesses there were open, including Jackson Hewitt. I called and there wasn't an option to leave a voicemail just a auto message saying there was no one in to assist or they were busy with others - Obviously it was the former. So I called the other local JH and the woman said she was open and usually all will be closed if one is so she couldn't figure out why they were closed. Disappointing.
