They're open daily except Fridays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The meals are delicious, and I love that each one includes the exact macros, so you know exactly what you're eating. I've never had a bad meal here. The cashier is always friendly and happy to answer any questions, and if you're in a hurry or want to eat there, they even have a microwave available to warm up your meal. Meals range from $10-$16, which I think is a great value for the quality and convenience. There are a few outdoor tables if you'd like to eat on-site. The menu is easy to read and clearly displays the macros for each meal. The only downside is parking, which can be a little tricky if you're not familiar with the area. The easiest entrance is off Norwalk Boulevard near the 5 Freeway by Outback Steakhouse.

On Sunday, July 5, at 10:55 a.m., I received a text explaining that an unexpected equipment malfunction late Saturday, July 4, had affected their production schedule. I was given the option to receive a credit toward the following week's order or a full refund. I replied that same day requesting a full refund. I followed up on Tuesday, July 7, and was told that refunds typically take three to five business days. By July 13, I still had not received the refund, so I reached out again but received no response. I followed up once more on July 14 and again received no response or refund. This is especially disappointing because I had been ordering meal-prep meals from them on and off for more than a year. I understand that unexpected problems happen, but a business should communicate with its customers and promptly issue refunds when promised.

My trainer suggested I look into a meal prep service so I could get better results and make more consistent progress. I feel like I definitely feel the difference training eating really balanced and protein heavy meals I've also been able to lose a few pounds in these 3 weeks. I am on my third set of meals, and I really love it so far. I think it is a great value for the convenience and quality and I like their selection and diversity. Their packaging is also really great, and everything is very intentional and organized. Every couple of weeks they change up the menu I appreciate being able to do swaps as well because I can't eat broccoli/cauliflower anymore Everything was really easy on the sign up and I was contacted to arrange delivery right away. Communication is consistent and great, any issues I can directly communicate with someone and it will be handled right away. I am very happy with the service, and I love supporting as local as possible! I would definitely recommend to try if you are interested in a meal prep service and are local in their service area. I think if I could offer any feedback it would be great if there were some vegetarian options or swaps available someday? My partner is vegetarian and this could have been a double client household :) but yeah understandably different target populations for different meal prep services - but just thought I would share.
