If you're just starting out with vaping, I couldn't recommend this shop more highly. They'll take the time to introduce you to all the basics; answer all of your questions; not try to oversell you (yet still let you know their honest opinions); and, most importantly, won't make you feel like an idiot if you know nothing about the culture. They are more concerned with making repeat sales than a quick sale. In other words, they preach safety first. They know their products, uses and limitations. If one salesperson does not know about a product, they will refer you to the one who does, rather than BS you for a sale. One thing I did like, when purchasing my first regulated box mod (the part that holds the batteries), is that even given a budget (say up to $300) they will determine what best suits YOUR needs, and not what brings in the most profit. I did just that. I gave the salesperson a Dollar amount cap and they came in well below that, about half actually, and I got literally every thing I needed. A regulated 100w mod, a tank, atomizers, e-juice, batteries (high quality-they don't even carry budget batteries) some wire, cotton, an ohm meter, 30 minutes or so of Q/A safety information, and even gave a discount and a couple freebies. (like a few feet of wire to play with *play meaning twist into unusable coils while learning* lol. I'm not saying anything for or against other local shops, since I only shop here, but I will say, I will recommend this shop to anyone new to vaping and e-cigs. I will add, that having worked for years in retail and customer service, I am very picky about where I shop on a regular basis, and as such, I come to this store as my first stop for anything I need related to vaping.

Woman rushed the sale and sold me the wrong product, didn't even get to my vehicle and I started reading the box and noticed it's not even remotely what I had went in and asked for, so I walked back in and asked her nicely if she could exchange it or even give store credit because SHE just sold me the wrong item... She just smiles and says no, when I literally wasn't even out the door longer than 3-4 minutes. Crazy how an employees incompetence to know the products they're selling ends up being your fault. Anyway won't burn me again, if you're looking for quality product and customer service to match seriously do yourself a favour and shop anywhere but here.

Have gone to them when my regular place is closed as they were highly recommended, my tank broke and they gave me one that he said was the best... well I have gone through two bottles of juice just trying to keep some in it. All it does is leak, yes the rings are in place etc. etc. it was just junk, same thing happened with a mod they sold me. Junk. Juice wise they are the best. If they got rid of the rude guy who just wants your money and not able to get any answers on anything it would be a great place.
