On one last note, return policy is 30 days exchange on defective items. That's not a return policy that's a manufacturers warranty. I have been a loyal customer and supporter ever since. I have never had a need to have a cigarette and any problems I have ever encountered they have fixed immediately. By problems I mean I have gone to cloud factory while Smoke-less was closed and even though it wasn't their mistake they have bent over backwards to correct someone else's mistake. The manager there now is beyond knowledgeable and is amazing with his customers. Their products are top notch. Heck, I have had my mod for four years and just finally switched it up.
