They are more concerned with making repeat sales than a quick sale. In other words, they preach safety first. They know their products, uses and limitations. If one salesperson does not know about a product, they will refer you to the one who does, rather than BS you for a sale. One thing I did like, when purchasing my first regulated box mod (the part that holds the batteries), is that even given a budget (say up to $300) they will determine what best suits YOUR needs, and not what brings in the most profit. I did just that. I gave the salesperson a Dollar amount cap and they came in well below that, about half actually, and I got literally every thing I needed. A regulated 100w mod, a tank, atomizers, e-juice, batteries (high quality-they don't even carry budget batteries) some wire, cotton, an ohm meter, 30 minutes or so of Q/A safety information, and even gave a discount and a couple freebies. (like a few feet of wire to play with *play meaning twist into unusable coils while learning* lol. I'm not saying anything for or against other local shops, since I only shop here, but I will say, I will recommend this shop to anyone new to vaping and e-cigs. I will add, that having worked for years in retail and customer service, I am very picky about where I shop on a regular basis, and as such, I come to this store as my first stop for anything I need related to vaping.

I have been a loyal customer and supporter ever since. I have never had a need to have a cigarette and any problems I have ever encountered they have fixed immediately. By problems I mean I have gone to cloud factory while Smoke-less was closed and even though it wasn't their mistake they have bent over backwards to correct someone else's mistake. The manager there now is beyond knowledgeable and is amazing with his customers. Their products are top notch. Heck, I have had my mod for four years and just finally switched it up. Customer service in Dartmouth is amazing, not sure about Halifax as I haven't been there but would recommend them to anyone, and I do. Keep up the top notch job guys. Rachael B.
